Registering with BookYourSite enables us to re-use your contact information each time you reserve a site with our booking system. Information like your address, membership information (eg. CAA/AAA), and your preferences for park amenities can be saved. In addition, after registering with BookYourSite you have the option of receiving promotional information from the parks about upcoming specials and events.
If you do not choose to pay the locking fee, the park reserves the right to place you on any site of the same type (or above). Customers are still able to make requests for areas of the park, but they are not guaranteed. If you are reserving as part of a group please indicate the names of all other families in your party in the "notes" area. We will keep all members of your party as close together as possible, given the park's availability at the time of your booking and site types chosen by the group members.
The campground is a gated community and requires a code for entrance. A unique access code will be sent in your final confirmation email after payment in full has been made (unless you are part of a group that is required to check in during office hours*). You will be unable to access the campground after business hours without the code.
RESERVATION POLICY: A deposit equal to the first night camping/rental fee plus a $5.00 booking fee is required at the time you book your reservation. To receive a refund of your deposit, less our cancellation fee ($20 per campsite / $40 per rental trailer), you must cancel your reservation prior to the due date for payment in full as set out below:
FULL PAYMENT DUE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date (14 days on Memorial Day, Labor Day and the 4th of July holiday weekends) we will charge your credit card the outstanding balance of your reservation and email a receipt along with your vehicle pass and access code. You will receive a courtesy email notice of balance due prior to charging your credit card so you will have time to cancel if necessary.
CANCELLATION / DATE CHANGE POLICY: To avoid the full charge for your scheduled stay, you MUST notify us by phone or email of your intent to cancel or change the dates of your reservation prior to the due date for full payment set out above. We will refund your deposit, less our cancellation fee ($20 per campsite / $40 per rental trailer) should you cancel. If you do not cancel, your credit card will be charged the outstanding balance of your stay. There is no refund for cancellation, no show, late arrival and/or early departure once full payment is charged.
*GROUP RESERVATIONS: To make a reservation for 2 or more sites, you have the option to reserve all the sites under the same name or assign each site to a separate individual by deselecting the “All Parties Under Same Name” box.
