Beachcomber Camping Resort

This process is a reservation REQUEST & is not a confirmed reservation until you are contacted through phone or email by Beachcomber Camping Resort & have received a confirmation number. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing. Upon receiving reservation fee, Beachcomber will send an email reservation confirmation stating that the reservation fee was received. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CONFIRMATION. Rates subject to change unless we have received your reservation fee. All online In-Season bookings require 50% payment, unless in the Spring/Fall or over holiday weekends which are required to be paid in full. Sites & Rentals must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Rates based on 2 adults, 2 children (under 18), 1 camping unit & 1 car. Sorry, no substitutions. Extra adults, children, infants & cars are charged $10 each per day (in-season) & $7 each per day (Spring) & $8 each per day (Fall). Extra adults, children, infants & cars during BC Halloween Weekends are $15 each per night.

Visitors to your site must be registered & paid before entering campground. 2 night minimum on all visitors unless over a holiday weekend where visitor minimums are higher.

Max of 6 people per site (Excluding the following: 4 in 1 Room Cabins, Apartment & Tiny Houses, 5 in Gatehouse, PM8 & PMT9) including day & night guests. Max of 2 cars per reservation, 2nd car must be parked in the perimeter parking spaces.

ALL RENTAL UNITS ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. DOG FRIENDLY CABINS HAVE A DAILY FEE OF $12 FOR THE FIRST DOG & $9 FOR THE SECOND DOG, OR A $75 WEEKLY FEE FOR THE FIRST DOG & $50 FOR THE SECOND DOG. THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS PER PET FRIENDLY RENTAL.

There is a 5 night minimum stay for 4th of July weekend, and a 3 night minimum the weekends of Memorial Day, Labor Day, & Columbus Day. All holidays must be paid in full at time of reservation. There is a 2 night minimum in the Spring & Fall excluding Holidays, a 1 week minimum in mid July & August.(Unless shorter stays are available between confirmed reservations) If you have further inquiries, for reservations less than 72 hours out, or for monthly or seasonal reservations please call us at 609-886-6035 or email us at beachcomberfrontdesk@gmail.com. Saturday arrivals for rental units not available in the summer. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a site or rental.

Early check-ins & late check-outs ($) are extremely limited & based on availability (Spring & Fall only). Call & see if possible. A cash donation to local charity required. No boats, storage trailers, utility trailers or personal water crafts permitted at campsites or in perimeter parking. We have a separate storage area for these ($). Electric Golf carts are welcomed for a daily fee ($) plus a major credit card (not debit) on file. Also we rent electric golf carts on site. NO GAS POWERED OR LSVS ALLOWED. Call us for more details 609-886-6035. No alcohol permitted outside of your camping unit or while driving a golf cart. Anyone found to be causing a disturbance with our employees or other campers due to alcohol will be asked to leave without a refund. Quiet Time is 11pm to 8am.

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:

Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date shall receive no refund or credit for Sites or Rental Units. Any SITE cancellation made less than 14 days but at least 7 days prior to arrival date, will be entitled to a Beachcomber Campground Camping Credit for a future stay, minus a $30 cancellation fee. No refund/credit for Rental Units. Any cancellation made at least 14 days prior to arrival date will result in a refund minus a 1 night stay cancellation fee for Sites & Rental Units. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature or otherwise, or for early departures.

RESERVATION CHANGES:

Sorry, no shortening of stay (especially July or August) to less than required minimum. Failure to call or arrive by noon of the day following your scheduled date of arrival will result in cancellation of reservation, with no refund or credit for "No Show." There are no refunds or credits for early departures.

SITE REQUESTS:

Although we do our very best to accommodate your site requests, we cannot guarantee a specific site #. We ask that you give us 3 choices that we try to accommodate. A reservation guarantees a type of site, not a specific site #. Many factors are considered in assigning sites: size of unit, date reservation was made, duration of stay & desire to keep multi-site reservations together. We reserve the right to substitute campsites.

Security deposits charged to major credit card on file if items are not returned or damaged. Beachcomber is a gated campground. Transient sites: $10 fee for per gate card. Rentals units: $30 fee for key fob & $30 fee for TV remotes.

A valid MAJOR credit card (that does not say DEBIT) will be required to be kept on file as a Security Deposit for any damages to rental units or golf cart rentals.

DOGS:

Rental Units: 2 DOGS MAXIMUM IN DOG FRIENDLY RENTALS ONLY. Dogs are not permitted on Rental sites unless it is one of our dog friendly rental sites.

Sites: All campers are limited to two dogs, of any size, on their site.

Aggressive & barking dogs are not permitted, as well as exotic pets. Dogs must be on a short leash & under the owner's control at all times. Dogs must not be left alone at the campsite or rental unit at any time. Owners must clean up after their dog. Pets are prohibited from using pools, lakes & beach. No pets (unless service dogs) permitted in campground store or other campground buildings.

VISITORS OF CAMPERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING PETS.

TENTS (sleeping & dining):

Sleeping/dining tents are permitted on VIP Electric/Water, VIP Electric/Water/Sewer & EWS Electric/Water/Sewer sites only. Sorry, no sleeping tents are permitted on our ULTRA VIP sites. Kitchen/dining tents are permitted ON CONCRETE PAD ONLY on Ultra VIP sites. Please, adjust your rig &/or awning accordingly. These dining tents are not to be used for sleeping or storage. Sorry, sleeping tents, dining tents, gazebos or similar camping equipment are not permitted on CABIN/RENTAL UNIT sites.

EXPRESS CHECK-IN:

Available for guests paid in full & have completed online paperwork at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Available from 2pm until 8pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday in the Summer (mid-June, July & August) as well as Memorial Day & Labor Day Weekends. Receive your check-in packet from Security & go right in! Sorry, not available for Rental Units which will have to register inside the Office.

OTHER:

*Sorry, due to extremely heavy bookings in high season, we cannot accommodate groups in the summer months or over holiday weekends. We cannot guarantee that parties of 2 or more will have adjacent or adjoining sites.

*Beachcomber is not responsible for any falling trees, branches or any other acts of God or Nature.
