Ok for an overnight stay, but not an extended stay. Wifi is very limited. Dogs weren't kept on leashes and left messes in other people's campsites.

Seems like we stay here everything we pass through glenwood springs. This is a great campground for a quick stop. Has clean showers and great hookups. Sites are a small but the layout is nice, you sit above your neighbor so you have a view.

The owner is really friendly and helpful, the site's are terraced and long, the place doesn't make a great first impression but was easy to get into and the bathrooms were clean, would stay here again

We stayed 2 nights in Glenwood Springs, one night here and one night at the Glenwood Canyon Resort. We paid half as much at this campground as the Glenwood Canyon Resort. Some folks complained about the awkwardness of the layout of this campground, but I found it normal for a terraced landscape. The bathrooms were a bit rustic, but clean. You are a bit farther from the road and the train, so noise at night is not too bad. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Lots to recommend at this campground.

Stayed here for four nights. This campsite is at the base of a mountain. Steep grade as a result makes it difficult to climb to the top of the park to access the shower and restroom. You are right next to I-70 so the road noise is terrible. Kind of like spending the night in a truck stop.
The office staff - not a very friendly guy. He could definitely use a vacation.

Charming place

This is one of a kind RV park. It is steep terrain and kind of rustic, but pintoresque and very charming at the same time. If you are looking for luxury, this place is not for you. No cable TV, outdated bathrooms, but it didn't matter to us. We saw deer, chipmunks and the host was super friendly. If we go back to Glenwood Springs we will stay here again!

Craig is very nice & helpful. 50 amp graveled pull throughs long enough for our 43 ft motor home & Smart car to fit just fine! I'm not sure why this has 1 bad review, but everyone has a bad day.

Office folks are nice, the sites are FHU however they are tight. You've got great views of the freeway, river and railroad tracks (in that order). A good overnighter/couple of dayer to recharge. Stay again? Probably not.

Close to west end of town

Friendly staff. Units are close together but terraced so it isn't bad. Bathrooms/showers are at the top of a steep hill and are older and rustic. Probably 1/3 to 1/2 sites seem to be long term/permanent residents.

OK campground

It is part trailer park with camping as well. Not the nicest or most scenic area, pretty much right next to I-70. However, it is half as much as a seedy motel in Glenwood springs and a relatively convenient place to park your trailer and enjoy the amenities of the area.

It was oké. Very noisy at night because of the I-70. Craig was helpfull and a nice guy. We had a small site wich was difficult to get in to because of the steep mountainside. Wifi had good reception.

When we first pulled up to the office, I was concerned about getting our 5th wheel into the site. The owner took my husband down to the site on a 4 wheeler and we had no problems. Quite other than the traffic on I70 but I have been in louder camp sites than this one.

Very hilly, no TV unless you have satellite, no wi-fi unless you want to spend your time on the office or bathrooms. This would not be my first choice.

Steep with sharp turns.

Owner very friendly but angry the next day. Roads maintained but gotta take the turns within a couple inches or damage trailer. Recommend for small camper or tent.
