Great first short trip
By user-5191428... on 2017-10-23.
This was our first time RVing. We had no issues finding the park. When we arrived they escorted us to our pull thru site. Sal was very helpful with our first time set up. Plenty of space for out three bump outs. The pull thrus are level . The space is gravel, grass. Full 50amp hook up, water, sewer and cabel at site. Wifi was an issue but it really about the enjoyment of being there than on a computer or watching TV. Clean bathrooms and showers. Has private toilet, sink and shower for personal use. Clean with blow dryer. One awesome thing is they have a pizza place on site that delivers to you there. Beautiful campground, dog and kid friendly. A very enjoyable first tome experience.

Nice Wooded Park With Amenities
By user-4618381... on 2017-10-23.
This is a full service park including Direct TV in the country. Private lake with fish. $5 fee to fish, no state license needed. Really nice place for a night or a month. Is under the approach to Kansas City airport, but with the AC running we didn't hear the noise.

Convenient, quiet
By user-5336733... on 2017-10-23.
4 night stay for some business in KC. Was pretty full on the weekend but quiet during the week. Airplane traffic was not an issue for us. Facilities clean and seemed in good condition. Folks running the place were helpful. Spaces a little tight but reasonable. Bit on the expensive side but worth it for the location. We will stay again.
Close to the airport and about 30 min to downtown KC.

A little pricey for what you get! A little over 500.00 for 2 weeks on a deluxe site! Wifi sucks and we were close to it!

Nice park
By user-4815614... on 2017-10-23.
Pros: Level sites, nice laundry room, cable tv, fishing for a fee, store and propane
Cons: Wifi sucks and hope you like planes the airport runs jets right overhead.

Nice campground!

We stayed here last night and it was a very nice campground. Cleanest bathhouse I have ever been in. Had a clubhouse with some fun karaoke. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a destination resort. Lots of families. They rent golf carts to get around. They have four lakes on the property for fishing. Nice resort

Worst Place Ever!!!!!!!!

We unfortunately arrived after office hours, but they failed to leave us info, a map or instructions of any kind. We found the site in the dark, but we had to ask the neighbors to move their vehicle so we could back our rig in. The site was so close to the other rigs, we could not open our windows for all of the cigarette smoke. The neighbor, who had been there three years!!, had the largest wind chimes right next our bedroom slide-Super Nice!! The tree had to be cut back before we could back in, and on top of that, the neighbor said the tree dripped sap all of the time, and that the site would often flood. Despite all of this, we might have stayed. But the worst of all was the extremely curt, rude guest attendant. A long story short, she offered to just charge us for one night if we decided not to stay as they would only let us move to another site if we would agree to pay 1.5 times more than what we were originally going to be charged. We decided not to stay and when I asked her why she charged me for the second night...she really got rude. She yelled at me, and at one point I thought she might hit me as she charged toward me tell me she had just been yelled at for twenty minutes. By this time I didn't care and told her it was terrible service, made a gesture I'm not proud of, and left!! It's places like this that makes RVing get a bad reputation.

Nice Campground

Very nice, level sites. Beautiful area. The only drawback is if you want WiFi you have to be at the office. The management needs to update the WiFi.

Tiny sites, overpriced and jet noise.
By user-5794019... on 2017-10-23.
Spent one night during Labor Day Weekend & was surprised they had an opening. In spite of that, our site was very tiny and difficult to back in. Other sites in the same area were very tightly packed together. There was also a lot of jet noise since it's close to airport. I would not recommend this campground.

Beautiful spot, almost like a park....lots of trees and meandering paths. We have a 40 ft unit and had no trouble maneuvering or parking. Our pull-thru site had ample room for slides on both sides. We enjoyed watching commercial jets fly over as they left and returned to the Kansas City Airport. A quiet and relaxing spot otherwise.
We did have a slight mishap upon meeting a semi on the narrow 2-lane county road on our way to the resort and ended up in the ditch. Despite that, we would still return to this RV resort.

Worked for me.
By user-6235204... on 2017-10-23.
Nice place. Country setting with lots of trees and ponds. Friendly and helpful staff. There is a little store that had quite a bit of necessities should you need them in a pinch. Propane filled on site, $25 for a 30# tank. Plenty of washers/dryers. Didn't use the bathhouse, so can't really comment on it. Paid $475 a month, for a non deluxe/gravel site. Electric was not included ($0.12/kw). Sites were level, and a little close really. Close to the airport, and jets do fly low overhead but it did not bother me. Would definitely return.

Avoid this "resort"

The most overpriced campsite I have ever rented. Very small unlevel site, cable tv unwatchable due to snowy picture, garbage facility not convenient. I've stayed at many better campsites for less than half the price.

This was a nice campground with trees, a lake and amenities. Our site had plenty of room and we had a n enjoyable evening with my nephew and family. It was a little pricey and our guests had to pay an entrance fee

The only good thing about this camp ground is it does have concert pads. But there are so many Negatives. Sites are way to close together, over priced An will not honor the Good Sam discount
