Stayed in April for a festival nearby. It was Ok. Wasn't stoked about the layout. What you would expect being in town. Convenient though.
Much better than I expected. The site was big enough for our 34’ 5th wheel and getting into the space was not difficult. Lots of kids but not noisy and definitely quiet at night. Avoid sites by the water. The water is stagnant and kinda gross looking. Staff is friendly. Pretty basic amenities.
Extremely overcrowded, loud music until all hours of the night, the river is stagnant making it a mosquitos dream, poor drainage (it rained overnight and we had a pond under our camper 6inches deep). It seems you are allowed an unlimited number of guests as the site across from us had at least 5 tents on it and numerous EZups there were at least 20 people on the site. Guests are allowed to park at the sites making it very difficult to tow to or from your site when the roads are lined with cars. The office staff was not friendly or welcoming. The girl checking me out couldn t be bothered to put down her KitKat to acknowledge I was at the desk.
