Easy in and easy out. Park is clean. Didn't use the laundry or shower facilities so can't comment on those. Close to freeway so might get noisy. Our air conditioner ran constantly so drowned out any freeway noise there might have been. We asked for a shady spot which is hard to achieve since all the trees are small and still growing but did notice the row in the rear of the park gets shaded first as the sun sets in the evenings. We were told all those spots were reserved, however, one spot in particular was never occupied the entire time we were there. WiFi worked well, no problems there. Cable tv was extremely fuzzy though and difficult to watch. Water pressure good along with electricity. Never had to turn off the ac to run the microwave or blow dryer. Whatever you do, don't park on the grass, not even for a second! They'll be all over you like stink on poo. All in all I would say it's a good park. We would most likely stay there again but would definitely request the back row due to shade issues.

easy in, easy out. short drive to everything we wanted to see. close to town, stores, restaurants, etc. beautiful landscape. butterfly garden right outside of the laundry. clean laundry room with 2 each washers & dryers. Not a place for children as there is nothing for them to do. A few nasty campers that don't clean up after their dogs, but they seem to be everywhere. tv reception and wifi were good. Would stay here again when in the area. Stayed in a 35' motorhome with tow.

A wonderful little campground...great owners...would stay longer next time

Wonderful place to stay for a night or two. Large level gravel pull-thru sites with FHU. Each site has a large grassy area with picnic table; some have fire pits. Nicely landscaped. Very nice, immaculate restrooms. Friendly, helpful staff. RR does run near the park, but an occasional train didn't bother us. Would definitely stay here again.

Signs threatening you not to drive on grass or cut through sites reinforce the paperwork stating you will be charged over a $100 without notice if you are caught. The dog area is pretty nice. You can let your dog walk while admiring the rail industry in full swing. The tracks behind this place are in heavy use and the trains must be obligated to blow their horns. The horns were most annoying at 4am. My 50 amp connection was not operational. I used a 30 amp connector and made it through the night, but that is not what I paid for and the man running the place responded that someone just spent a week in the spot and it was fine. There was a crack in the ground portion of the connector. I will say it had the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen and it smelled like a cinnamon air freshener. The whole town seems like it is fading away due to lack of interest. We spent a few hours at the Mammoth Cave National Park and it was beautiful with lots of nice trails. I would say the NP is the only reason to hit that exit.

It was our first trip with our 5th wheel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Sites were spacious and easy to hook up to. Full hook ups with sewer, cable and wifi. The bathhouse and laundry room was super clean. Pet friendly place. There is no pool and no playground. We definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

We always stop there on our way to and from Florida. It is the only campground in that area for us.

Great place to pull in for an overnight stop on our way to and from Florida. Very clean and well kept park. Long, level sites. Easy in and out. Staff very friendly and helpful. One of our favorite overnight stopping spots.

While there is no pool, everything else is top class. Bathrooms were very clean, cable was more than satisfactory, site was level and roomy.

Sites are large and level, with mowed grass between each. Restrooms are clean and large showers. The pull through sites are long enough for a Class A with their tow vehicles attached, or 5th wheel. staff is very helpful and knowledgable about the NP. Stayed in MH with tow. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights as we toured Mammoth Cave. The bathrooms are spotless and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Easy in and out and close to restaurants and sights. The landscaped gardens throughout the campground are lovely. There is an exercise room with really nice exercise equipment available for campers. The park was quiet although there is a train that is close by (which I actually liked hearing.) We would definitely stay here again and the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because it would have been nice to have a pool.

Perfect in every way but it was very very hot and a pool would have made us extend r stay just to relax ! That's why only 4 stars!!

Stayed here for an over night. Very clean park with very nice staff! All pull thru sites and easy on and off of I 65. Did not use any of the facilities.

One of the best laid out RV parks we visited. Plenty of space in your site and between sites. Great for big rigs. Nice level pull-thrus. Beautiful landscaping around perimeter of the park and nice butterfly garden near office. Bathrooms are very clean, nice laundry but small (2 washers, 2 dryers). The only drawback is the train noise. Very close to tracks on our end of the park. Didn't bother us at night though. Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed in a motor home for a few days in order to go to Mammoth Caves. This place was awesome!! So well maintained with nice gravel sites and lots of room between. We had very good connections to WIFI and the 50 amp service was perfect. My husband agrees with other reviewers that it would have been nice to have a pool. We have a pool at home and they are a lot of work but may be worth it for this park. Also, the pet area was huge and nice. Btw - I happen to love hearing a train go by. Different strokes for different folks!

Stayed for only one night while heading to next job location. Was going to stay at another location for the kids but not willing to pay that kind of money for one night stay over. Great price and a very clean campground. Nice dog area to let them run for a bit. Facility's clean and working. Will stay longer next time to see more of the caves. Stayed in 35' skoolie

What a great place just off of I65. Neat, clean, modern and a great value. Nice people that honor veterans. Absolute great value. Called direct for reservation to bypass 800 third party reservation; no value added.
By user-5785783... on 2017-10-23.
Most of the sites are very large and level, with at least 20 ft of mowed grass between the sites. Restrooms look almost new, large showers, and toilet stalls and are spotless. The pull through sites are very long, as several Class A diesel pushers were able to pull into their sites with their tow vehicles attached. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable about the near by National Park, Mammoth Cave.

We go to this campground every year on our way to and from Florida. Would not think of staying anywhere else.

We stayed here 1 night while travelling to Ohio, towing our 40' 5th wheel. Owners were friendly and accomodating, propane onsite. Sites are level with gravel. Train tracks close by, but with a/c and fan on, we didn't hear them during the night. Restrooms were some of the cleanest we've seen. Fast food close by, possible to walk to some. We stayed in site #5 and would stay here again.

Very well groomed park with ample space. Easy to get in and out of with a big rig. A fair amount of road noise which bothered me as a light sleeper but my husband slept right through it!
By user-5897660... on 2018-03-14.
EZ on off interstate, long level sites, large grassy area between sites, very clean laundry and restrooms, no permanents. Stayed in a 34 foot 5th wheel.

Just a lovely place to stop for a night or more. Awesome and friendly staff that bends over backwards to make you feel at home. Spotless sites that are dead level and have all the amenities. When they say “full hookup,” they ain’t kiddin. Cable, sewer, good wi-fi, water and 50,30,20a electric plus super clean and hot showers. I should be their marketing coordinator Stop here, y’all deserve it!

I had wonderful stay, staff are very friendly and accommodating. The sites are all pull through and very level. Easy in easy put, perfect for big rigs. Very clean park and nicest restroom/shower that I have ever used in RV park. Campground is very quiet except for train that come through once in awhile, I hardly noticed it though.

We spent a 3-night visit here while passing through on I-65. This tidy park is conveniently located for touring the many area attractions. The gravel sites are level, all with full-hook-ups and 30/50 amps. There are a number of sites that accommodate the largest of rigs. Grassy areas are healthy & manicured. The buildings and grounds are in great repair. We found the hosts pleasant & welcoming. I don't recall having a parking escort last time, and I love having one. The "bark park" is nicer than many I've seen, and was a nice perk for our pooch. The WiFi is measurably improved since our last visit. Thank you. As are many RV parks & campgrounds, this one is adjacent to a rail line. We stayed here in a 5th wheel, and will certainly return.

Campground backs up to double track of main railroad line. Sounds like trains are coming through campground. Owner is a stickler for the rules so don t break them. Campground is clean with nice landscaping. Cable is poor. Won t stay here again if there is another choice.

We stayed here for one night on our way between GA and IL. They are right off 65, so very convenient location. We arrived an hour after closing yet a nice staff member still greeted us to ensure we knew where to go. The site was perfectly level, so this was a relief as this was our first night in a new 44' Class A that we just purchased. Well maintained sites. Another perk was the easy walking distance to several places to eat as we did not have a car. We did not hear really any road noise or RR to speak of, but we did have windows closed and A/C on. I would definitely stay here again.

The owner was really nice and helpful. Close to attractions and restaurants. Took our motorcycle and rode to Walmart and Home Depot which was an hour away but the scenic ride was nice.

This is our 2nd stay this year (last stop April 2 for 3 nights). Nice level gravel spots, plenty of room, VERY clean restrooms and showers, propane fill available, full hookups, trash pickup daily, small but nice laundry fire ring, and a great place to use as a home base for sightseeing.

First time that we stayed here and we will stay here again. We pulled in after hours but the gentleman was waiting for us when we got there (only about 30 min after closing). I didn't hear any trains but my husband said he did. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Everything is beautiful. We were only staying for the night and the lot was so level that we didn't even have to unhook our fifth wheel.

Stayed here while visiting Mammoth Cave NP. Very clean, well kept but small/narrow sites, hosts very friendly, quiet neighbors. Railroad track and highway about 100 meters each from our end of campground. Didn t bother us much, but might others. Nice fenced in dog park to let the pooches off leash. Clean restroom/ showers.

Very nice RV park. Meticulous landscaping, beautiful plants and trees. Gravel sites and roads yet well spaced. Easy off and on to freeway. Garbage pickup in front of your site. Very close to everything. Cable tv is fantastic yet Verizon cell was weak. Open for satellite. Great stop for Mammoth cave or other attractions.
