Very nice and friendly. Steve makes sure you don't have any issues. Very clean. They take a lot of time to keep place clean. Lots of shade. We would return.

just like many other reviews -- sites are small -- not level -- we lost power at our site -- were told to go reset the main breaker ourselves if it went out again -- i can stay almost anywhere for 1 night -- but not here ever again --

Found this nice park with very friendly staff. Gravel with mostly level sites and plenty of shade. Full Hookups, campfire rings and nice office store. Would stay here again if in area. Paid $36 per night with full hookups and 50 amp.

Stayed in a 36' Fifth wheel. Pull thru sites, full hookups and fairly level pads. Very nice staff . Well stocked store . Easy on and off I-10 but no road noise in park. Paid $36.00 per night with GoodSams discount. Would stay here agin if in area.

This is a lovely, quiet, shady, small, well-kept campground. It is easily accessible from I-10. It was a KOA campground in a previous life. It has a small store, pool, pavilion, benches all around the grounds, and a lovely gated dog walk area. Don and his wife are the absolute most gracious hosts you could ever ask for. We had some problems with our camper while here and Don was always ready and willing to assist. The sites are mostly level, gravel/paved and generally long enough to accommodate most units. We are in a short fifth wheel...but based on our unit's hookups we needed to unhook our truck. That was okay with us since we were staying several nights anyway. With all this glowing description you will wonder why I gave only 4 ....the main reason was no handicap shower available. There were handicap restrooms, but the bench in the shower stalls are not able to be move to use in the showers for handicapped persons. Also, some people will not like the lack of wifi...and lack of a decent tv signal without satellite. That said...we would absolutely stay here as often as possible.

Very friendly and helpful, all pull through sites, nice dog run area. Would definitely stay again.
By user-5808098... on 2017-10-23.
Easy access off I-10, super nice and helpful people. The sites are close together, not all level, some are paved, most are pull-thru. They are in the process of upgrading the electric. We were on a site not yet upgraded and experienced a lot of power fluctuation, then moved to a recently upgraded site and had no trouble. Nice clean bathrooms and showers. Quiet, clean campground. We stayed 3 nights.

Easy access off of I-10. Campground roads are ok, not all sites are level. Electric is good, water pressure is good and it taste good. Camp host are great. Amenities are nice and clean. Wifi is limited and was not always up. Many ant mounds in grassy areas. With a little work this could be a great campground. Stayed with 3 stars because of sites and wifi.
By user-5819456... on 2017-10-23.
The bathrooms were immaculate. Paved/concrete sites. The were not the most level i have seen but the site itself was roomy. There are individual trash cans at each site. The store on site was reasonably priced and relatively well stocked. There was a nature trail available but due to our schedule we unable to explore it. The pool appeared to be well maintained. The worst thing we can say about this park is that the wifi seems to be only accessible on the front porch of the main building.

Very friendly staff. Stayed overnight. Restrooms and showers clean. After showering in a camper a regular shower was a blessing. I took a very long HOT shower.

The office staff were very nice, the park was clean. It was a nice change, after staying on the highway for days, to wake up in the woods.

Great place for a quiet stay. No one will bother you. Friendly staff. Family and I went swimming in the pool. Very very cold water lol. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, as a non smoker there were cigarette butts everywhere on the ground and I do mean everywhere even along the pool side.

People were very nice and accomodating. New owner reinvesting in the park. Highly recommended.

We absolutely love our visits to CCC's and the Tallahassee/Chattahoochee area. The campground is nice. The restroom/showers are clean and well-kept. The folks that run the place are friendly and helpful. We recommend a trip to Torreya SP and Rutabaga's Restaurant in Chattahoochee. You will enjoy both...

My husband and I want to give a 3 1/2, but since we can't and upgrades are in progress, we're going with the 4. We felt like we were in a secluded state park with some of the conveniences of a resort RV park. The staff are super nice, and the "facilities" are very clean. There's even a little store in the office area. Why the lower score? Weak water pressure, spotty WiFi, no TV service, some sites are a little tight or short, and the price is what I consider a bit high in comparison to other parks in which we've stayed with comparable or better set ups. We paid $36/night after GS discount. If, however, the owners keep making improvements, it could really shine and stand out.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through but will come back again. CCCs campground was easy to find, very quiet and had all the amenities you could need. And the owners were super nice and accommodating. What a gem!

Only stayed one night but found a great little park. Nice staff, easy access, almost level (side to side was level, but not front to back) site. Would stay here again.

Would give it six stars if I could! It has nice, clean, and spacious bathrooms and showers, level sites, trees, quiet, great laundry, well-stocked and reasonably priced camp store, etc. It cost $35 for a night.

Great find, we stayed over night on our trip north. Easy access with our 37 foot class A, towing a car. Clean park with lots of charm. Spots are on dirt but dry, WiFi okay, some tv with antenna. Would stop again.

We had a reservation to stay 2 nights. Showed up and the elderly gentleman could not find our name. Said we are full. He said let me call the manager. Seen 2 open spots and he said no we are full. He said sorry the manager is not responding to my call. Never again

We stayed one night on out way to Orlando. Looks like this area was hard hit from the last hurricane. A lot of trees damaged. However, they are working to clean up the damage. The park is operational. Good gravel pull through sites. Quiet stay. Unfortunately, after leaving the park we did drive through mud on the highway for a bit due to trucks accessing the highway. We got a lot of mud on the motorhome on the short drive to the interstate.

Tucked back in the woods far from I10, perfect little family owned RV Park for an overnight stay. Staff are friendly & helpful...explained they are in the recovery period in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael. They lost several trees but have made a positive put of it by adding more pull through spots! We were in site #1 and it perfectly accommodated our 56' Class A and Trailer...we will definitely be back for a longer stay!
By user-6754318... on 2019-08-09.
Really great spot, camp ground folks are great. Fire ring was a nice touch. Reasonable rates. Recovery from storm damage is not a factor here. Pull through sites with crushed asphalt. Good hook ups 50 amp, good waterand electric. Picnic table on our site. Nice pool area, camp store stocked nicely, firewood for sale on site. All in all goodtime had by all.
By user-4619593... on 2019-08-09.
We were assigned to a rather tight space for an overnight stay. It was very narrow. The neighbor's utilities were under our awning. We had a table, but no patio. Firepit, but too close to everything to use. No slabs to park on, just crushed rock and asphalt. Woods around the perimeter of the park with some trees among the campsites. Lots of bird song. Park was nice, looked like they are working on improving things. Would stay again.
By user-5814568... on 2019-08-09.
A one nite for us as planed. We found the Park very clean with Level pull thrus covered with recovered asphalt. Picknic tables, fire rings fairly spacious sites. The Park had received considerable hurricane damages. Remarkable efforts had all ready made to clean up. The Park looked good considering the damage. The staff was awesome friendly helpful and made every effort to make your stay pleasant. You could tell they wanted you to return. We talked to several RV'ers who spoke highly of the staff and owner

I was going to stay here a few years back and it was closed, but with new owners it is open and well worth the visit. Previous reviews are pretty much correct; nice sites with plenty of spacing between each, pull through site I was on, #2, was virtually level requiring no leveling. Great voltage and stable power. We didn't hook up to water or sewer just electrical. Well worth it for an overnight stay or longer while traveling on I-10. The pool was open and looked nice. The bathhouse/showers were first rate. Nice and very clean. No complaints here. Nice Campground! Lots of hurricane Michael damage visible in the area and west on I-20 as we approached the exit, but the campground is in great shape.

We stopped overnight based on other reviews. PROS: The price is very reasomable. The sites are well graded and pretty level. There's a pool. There's zero road noise from the interstate. CONS: It's pretty basic, no cable, no Wi-Fi. Sites are petty weedy. Bugs are relentless. Also there's almost nothing in the way of stores within 10 miles, just one mini-mart / gastation where they charged more than 20 cents per gallon for fuel than I've seen in the last 600 miles. I've heard thee campground got clobbered by the hurricane (that's when they lost WiFi) so kudos for getting it functioning again. I hope they can continue to improve.

Very nice campground just a mile from the Interstate. Shaded level sites, large dog park, playground, pool and camp store. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and the grounds are well cared for. Much of the park has been renovated due to 2017 storm, and they are continuing to add amenities. Barbara in the office was very friendly and helpful. We just stayed one night, but will definitely stay here again when traveling in this area.
