Great Place
By user-6058994... on 2017-10-23.
Very clean, polite staff, great facilities. Love this place, and will stay here every time I visit Bend. Set up very good for winter conditions, can't wait to see it in Summer. Love the Hot Tub.

Very Nice
By user-5145158... on 2017-10-23.
Great facility. Lots of space between RVs. Large open area behind the park for walking dogs, jogging etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are high, but this is the only nice RV park in Bend. The less expensive alternatives are scary.

Bend's only good RV resort
By user-5257144... on 2017-10-23.
Oriented to big rigs and adult clientèle with money to spend. First class facilities and lots of green space between sites.
Reservations are essential. We just wandered in late in the day in mid June and were happy to end up in the overflow area. It's a spacious gravel parking lot with power and water, but even that beat the alternatives in Bend.

Very Nice!

This is a lovely RV Park situated in a shaded park-like setting southeast of town. The wifi worked well, and the showers were very nice. There's no pool, but they do have a tennis court. It's a bit pricey at $71 per night, but it was the only nice place near town.

Rude manager
By user-5844756... on 2017-10-23.
Very nice park but manager was full of himself when we commented about groundskeeper mowing and leaf blowing right up to our table while eating our breakfast . Literally mowed right up to my feet as we sat at table on the edge of lawn . Shocked us and could not believe anyone would actually be so inconsiderate . Manager actually scolded us for saying anything about it as his staff looked on speechless . They apologized for him . But he even refused to tell us who he worked for . Will never even think of going back again .

Fantastic
By user-5859161... on 2017-10-23.
Great place to stretch the legs with plenty of room to breath. These spaces are luxury. You cannot find another like it. I am very impressed with our site and surroundings! Will recommend to anyone that appreciates luxury rv spots.

Outstanding
By user-4758611... on 2017-10-23.
Very nice facility. Lots of space between RVs. Large open areas around the park for walking dogs. Really beautiful park. There are a few dog breeds that are not permitted so call ahead. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices aren't bad. $32 for one night partial hookup. Dump station is nearby.

Nice spot, but spendy
By user-5791132... on 2017-10-23.
36.5ft 5th. wheel crew cab lb try.
Stayed one night just passing through.
Payed $62 for 70ft back in spot.
It had very good access for backing, and a level paved spot.
Hook ups were all together. Had your own garbage can.
The WiFi was not good at that spot (486)
A nice, well laid out park.

Snobs
By user-5805490... on 2017-10-23.
Called about a site for the night & the first they asked was what year our MH (2010) was. We have NEVER had a campground ask that. And $77 for a site? Forget it.
By user-5318318... on 2017-10-23.
$100.00 for what? One shower facility...overused,
Didn't want to wait half hour

Snobs

If I could I would give them zero star. They said our school bus conversion wasn't good enough for their park. We are probably too creative any classy for them anyways.

Nice park

Very nice. Mostly permanent residents. Big trees so few sites have satellite reception. Great off leash dog area. Close to town and shopping. Will come back.

Beautiful park
By user-884001 on 2017-10-23.
Great park but if your like us & want satellite its not real friendly. Also tried to book another night & ask for site #' s available, they would not give me site #' s even though I told them I was asking because of satellite. We didn't go back. Stayed at Sisters/Bend Rv Resort. 10min further drive from Bend but its beautiful as well.

Be wary of partial hookups and overflow sites
By user-6683776... on 2017-10-23.
The full service sites are very nice. But if all they have available is the overflow sites, go somewhere else. It's a gravel parking area close to a very busy road. I was very disappointed

Huge, Spacious sites, luxurious bathrooms!
By user-5259361... on 2018-03-14.
Stayed only one night, unfortunately. Sites were amazing with beautiful pavers. Very dig friendly with tons of green space on site. Dog park is NOT a tiny fenced in area, it's a park all it's own. Close to downtown breweries and restaurants. Bathhouse is a spa setting with privacy and heat. This was greatly welcomed after being on the road for 13 days. There is a complimentary coffee bar, nice touch. There are some of full-time residents, but they must have strict rules for them. Not junky or scary at all. They blend right in. Highly recommend, definitely would stay there again!

What a shame!

Stayed 2018-04-27 to 2018-04-29
We have been coming to Crown Villa for many years and always looked forward to our visits. When we called to make a reservation we were told that they were booked up and the only available site was one of their top tier pull-through sites that was $88 a night. When we arrived it became obvious why nothing else was available; it had become a trailer park and not a rv park. There were many permanent residents with skirting around their rigs and many with all types junk outside. People were coming into the laundry with big bags of dirty laundry and taking up most of the available machines. The garbage can at our site was not emptied the entire two days we were there and was full when we arrived. To be fair, the park seemed to be maintained as in the past but it no longer has that special feel it once had. We were on a ten day tour of the California and Oregon coasts and this was by far the most expensive place we stayed. We did not feel that what we paid per night was worth it it to stay in a trailer park. We will not be coming back which is a shame because it was always one of our favorite places.

Lots of lawn and Ponderosa Pine trees. Large spaces. Some traffic noise, but also close to town. Will definitely come back.

You don’t get what you pay for
By user-5074091... on 2018-07-06.
This park used to be the best around, one of the best in Oregon. Unfortunately now it is becoming a trailer park. Rules are not enforced and the front office is simply defensive about complaints. There is no “resort standard” on what kind of RV can be here, we were placed next to an old small trailer from the sixties. One wonders what kind of RV they would refuse. When we told the front office kids and people with and without dogs were using our site as a shortcut we were told anyone can go anywhere there is grass. I found one of the dogs calling cards next to our coach. The owners of that dog are the kind of people that now tend to stay here. Why is this happening? It is, as usual, about money. Some renters pay low rates but stay year round. The rest will pay inflated Summer rates. It’s all about filling spots. The owners are cutting a lot of corners. If you were here around ten years ago you know what a special place this was That’s a distant memory. It’s a shame because a lot of the pretty environment remains.

A beautiful jewel
By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.
We just left after staying 18 days. Our corner site 422 was probably the largest rv site we ve ever had! Huge patio.. This park is very quiet, not many folks sitting outside in the evenings. Very very few kids and those we saw in bikes were well supervised. I d give it 5 stars however.... the cable is dismal and all reception fuzzy, they offer free internet but it s just as weak. We chose to use our hot spot. I recommend upgrades. This is a top tier rate park $$$$$ ...central location in great Bend.
