Clean, very very nice campground right off the interstate. Pretty far from Denver in spite of the name. Lots of road noise but great for one night. Staff were very nice and great little snack bar with pizza, wings and ice cream sundaes. They even deliver the pizza right to your rig!!!

Nothing special it's a KOA.

Facility is nice, staff is nice. Highway noise is pretty bad. Couldn't get wifi to work. We arrived late and left early the next day, didn't use any facilities. Get pizza at the Pizza Shop! Great pizza, prices, and staff.

We only stayed one night. It was fine. Spaces were close together. The really loud train woke us up at 4 am. Other than that it was good. Would probably stay again.

We were delayed a day due to two blown tires on two separate days and we were not charged for the missed reserved first day. they assisted our finding a tire repair place and offered suggestions. The owners were very friendly and helpful with many smiles. The park was clean and quiet despite July 4th celebrations and the trains. Good place to eat next door. Will definitely return.

We stayed one night on our way out west. We called two hours away to reserve a cabin(we needed some standing room our teardrop just didn't have) in case they were closed. The staff was super helpful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 is the proximity to the highway.

This was a nice park for a stop over on our trip out west, easy access off hwy 70, long sites for big rigs and level gravel sites. Some road and train noise but not bad. We went into Bennett, Co, 6 miles west on 70, there is a new King Sooper grocery store with the best fuel prices on diesel fuel and a great grocery store for supplies.

The train horn is REALLY loud. It was an OK KOA for a drive by one-nighter. Not much around to do without driving into Aurora. Hot tub still closed for season.Big potholes on way out.

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Some road noise, but very convenient.

Nice enough place...it is a KOA after all. Really nice showers. Little irked that at 10AM as I'm gradually unhooking, they lead over the next campers who are taking my site and park them behind me even though check out is 11. They didn't rush me or anything, but when you park the next TT right behind me and the family is sitting there waiting, the effect is the same.

We had major problems finding vacancy at the rv parks in the Denver area. Literally had to park in church parking lots (wIth permIssion) during the week and then nab a night or two at a park on the weekends. The Koa way out in Strasburg was nice and clean, great restrooms, and safe area. We ate at the bbq restaurant but preferred the pizza delivered to our rv! The pizza was great by the way! The ladies bathroom was awesome, very clean and cute. Three shower stalls and three toilet stalls. The mirrors had lights around them and also plugs for using your hairdryer etc. my husband said the men s showers were equally nice. This park is out in the boonies so don t expect a lot of amenities nearby. We were able to get satellite as we never use the park cable. The wifi was worthless. Paid $58 per night which seemed high for what you get. We were told by a friend that Denver passed ordinances that no more rv parks could be built, hence the expensive monopoly. overall this is a good park with great bathrooms.

Pulled Into KOA after long drive to be greeting by G who had the nastiest additude around!! She actually throw my credit card back at me!! You would think they did this because they enjoy meeting new people. Guess not! Right next to Hwy 70 so be ready to here truck traffic all night. We almost left but was just too tired to keep driving. Side note: Dave, who showed us to spot was a pleasant man.

Easy exit from I-70, about 30 miles to Denver. Road and train noise. Clean sites, bathrooms and there is place to eat on site serves bar b que. Great Mexican restaurant close by with a coupon in the flyer, highly recommend. This is only stop going east or west for about 50 miles. Recommend reservation or check in early.

The sites are all gravel. The grass is AstroTurf. Very close to the river which afforded a nice place to walk. The hookups were all good. The laundry facilities were clean and nice. The only drawback is the closeness of the interstate noise.

Only one of few options near Denver metro. Would have expected more from a KOA. Pool was closed waiting broken part on order, cable was snowy waiting for cable company to fix, internet is terrible, pancake breakfast on weekend was canceled. Location worked for us wanting to be close to DIA. But otherwise no reason to come back unless need to be located in east Denver metro. Realize there are few options in Denver area and need to book in advance.

Very tight spots with what looks like long term renters. Got parked beside a bus with 5 dogs, most of which are huge. Barely had room to put slides out. They couldn't find our reservation at first & then had to argue that we already paid. Thankful we are only here 1 night & will just have to stay indoors with shades down. At least they have electricity & water.
