| Great park.
I never experienced the old management, but I think the new one is great. My kids had a blast. Very family oriented, so don't come if you want to be drunk and rowdy. The sites were nice and had full hook ups. I wish the Wifi was better and the hiking trails were longer. The fishing and canoeing was great.
| Great place to stay
This was our first time staying at Fisheating Creek Outpost. The staff is very polite and helpful. The bathrooms are kept very clean. The showers are a little tricky to find the hot water sweet spot. It's s great place to stay. We even added a few nights and look forward to coming back.

My four kids, wife, and I had a great time. Plenty of room for our class C RV (35 ft). Park was well maintained and very clean! With definitely be going back!!

Welcome to Fisheating Creek Outpost. We're glad you stopped by. Fisheating Creek Outpost offers camping, paddling, hiking and eco-adventures along one of the most pristine creeks in Florida. We're based near the small town of Palmdale, just west of Lake Okeechobee and north of the Everglades. We're the perfect place to get up-close to nature. Paddling the cypress swamps or hiking our hardwood forests you can see alligators, turtles, deer, wild boar, turkey, wading birds, raptors, an occasional black bear and more. You can strike out in your own canoe or kayak or rent one of ours. Campers can choose from any of our wonderfully shaded tent or RV campsites. Most of our RV sites have full hookups including 30 and 50 amp electric, water and sewer. Tent site are primitive, some along the Creek and others near a small lake. All sites have easy access to bath houses and our camp store.
