Clean, good prixe, perfect spot.
Have stayed a couple times. Lilac bushes between sites gives space. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Will come empty tanks on extended stays. Near sports facilities. Fenced grounds and overflow yard available.
The sites are decent. The ground at the sites is more or less dirt so lots of dust flying around. A little gravel would help. Lots of large trees with bushes separating most sites. Lots of green space around the campsite. Somewhat close to the South Saskatchewan river which provides a great trail system and awesome views. A bike would be the best way to see the river trails. For a campsite in city limits I would have expected full hookups. However, there is a service that will come by and pump your tanks for $8. The campground has good variety of site sizes to accommodate rig sizes.
