Big rig friendly; Pull-thrus and back-ins; FHU, 30/50 amp; free cable; free wi-fi (fair to good signal); asphalt roads and parking. Pretty near a five, except for the wi-fi signal. Passport price was $25.05/night with tax for pull-thru.

Stayed one night. This park was great. Paved pull through, very quiet except for the one train at 130 am that blew its horn all the way through town. Walking distance to town. Clean and spacious bathrooms and showers. We would definitely stay again.

| Clean Modern Site

Not sure where the last reviewer stayed but the entire RV park seemed to be paved in concrete. Normal spacing between sites. Really clean laundry facility. My kids liked the park play structure, but it was inconveniently located across the street next to the office rather than near the RVs. Pool was way too far. It's at their hotel sister business. I'm not sure I'd stay here again unless I was far from the railroad tracks. 3 trains came by during normal sleeping hours. One blasting it's horn over and over again. I realize that could have been unusual, but nonetheless it was loud.

This is a great RV Park. It is clean, new looking, short walk from downtown. Laundry room looks brand new. Landscaping trimmed and neat. Only drawback is the train tracks nearby, but it is not a big deal. BIG plus is Passport America, which cuts $40 a nite fee to $20.

Wow, not sure I can rave enough about this RV! Nice clean park, plenty of room, level sites, clean park, trash recycling, awesome bath house w/ shower dispensers, clean reasonable laundry facilities, delicious restaraunt, and close enough to walk into Williams for shopping & eating. Only about 50 minute drive to the GC or ride the awesome train from Williams! Great park, would highly recommend!

Nice large paved spots. Our 24' was swimming in the pull through spot. Lots of 30'and 40's with toads and they fit well into spots. Full hook up with cable tv which included 3 movie channels. Easy walking distance to Route 66 and all the shops and restaurants. Although they accept dogs there really isn't a dog friendly area for a dog to take care of business. There are red lava rocks all over and the pads on my dogs feet were sore to the point she wouldn't go out on them to go. Ended up walking across the street to find a spot she could walk on. They offer a kennel for $25 a day, just be sure to have proof of rabies and I believe parvo vaccines. We didn't use the service but nice to know that it is there.

Very nice park we stayed in a travel trailer. Long pull through sites and all the facilities are very clean. They have a kennel that I thought was an idea all parks should have. The staff was friendly and the wifi worked well. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a parking lot. But as far as parking lot RV parks it's one of the nicest. We didn't take the train to the Grand Canyon too expensive, it's faster to drive and your not limited to how long you can stay at the park.

Passport america is no good here.Customer service I received was terrible. The clerk seemed very put off because i didnt have a reservation and argued with me about honoring the P.A. discount ,which I read to her straight from the book. Made no attempt to be nice about. The park is a glorified parking lot right on the railroad tracks. I get the feeling that really don't want to do anything extra. We stayed one night in motorhome.

Stayed 3 nights. Took the train into the Grand Canyon. Able to use the hotel amenities. Rt. 66 and supermarket 2 blocks away. Just beware, train runs and blows next to the park at 12 am and 5am

We stopped here on our way to the Grand Canyon. It is a nice park with a walking trail around it. It is within walking distance to Route 66 with shops and a grocery store. This park accepts Passport America.

Very Nice RV Park with most all the amenities you'd need. The roads and parking pads are paved and it's very clean and secure. Lots of visitors and Families. It's within walking distance of downtown Williams and the Grand Canyon Rail Station and Train. The only negative is being close to the train tracks however only two trains go by one at 11:00 pm and the other at 4:00 am ... The Restrooms / Showers & Laundry rooms are very Clean and well kept. Great Park all in all !

Everything is as advertised. Very clean showers and laundry. WiFi was awful, though. The railway is fun, but not the best way to visit the canyon. If you have an extra day, it is great- but first take a day to drive to the overlooks. The railway drops you at the main tourist gathering point at the south rim and there is no time to take the shuttle anywhere.

This was a pretty nice park. They honored the Passport America discount with no hassles. Restrooms were a little cold. Wifi was good, though it's a hotel system where you need to put in your name & site # to access. This means that stuff like gameboy/Xbox/Nintendo/Roku/Chromecast etc won't work with it. Nice folks in the office. Safeway & some good restaurants are just a few blocks away. Also walking distance to the Grand Canyon Railway.

Very nice park friendly & helpful staff were staying 2 days stayed 4 days. Did military discount & discount at the Railroad gift shop. Laundry room was clean so were the other amenities. Closet to downtown Route 66 & all the shops & the train to the Grand Canyon. This is the place to stay when going to Canyon. The sites are nice large sites 50 amp concrete sites pull thru some took a little leveling but worked. Would stay there again.

Stayed for 3 days. Large sites with room for the toad. Shuttle rides anywhere in the park. Indoor pool and fitness center at the hotel. Would definitely recommend this place. Accepts Passport America.

Nice well maintained park, seems to be very new and well manicured. Has all the amenities. You have a card to use the pool at the motel which is the same on the same grounds. Laundry was clean and internet was excellent. Recycle bins were also accessible through out the park. Downtown was close by and somewhat historic, with R66 running through the town. Very Nostalgic. Would stay again. Railroad to the GC originates from near the park area. They have some sort of shuttle you can use if you want, we did not use it. We never heard the night time trains as another review had written. Tracks run next to the park. Would stay again, we paid $39 with discount.

We stayed here as a home base for a day at Grand Canyon. Because we were traveling with family who were staying in a hotel, it was an ideal situation. I didn't realize the hotel is several blocks from the RV park, though. The place is not pretty: basically a big gravel parking lot, the few trees are tiny saplings, and rvs are pretty close to each other. My kids loved the playground across the street, and we swam in the indoor hotel pool, it's nice that they let RV guests use it too! No fire pits. Big clean bathrooms and laundry area. Plenty to walk to- shops, restaurants, and a nice big Safeway supermarket. Internet seemed to be broken when we were there, which was frustrating.

| Gateway to Grand Canyon

Great park... we had stayed at Rail Side Ranch a couple of years ago... however, they were out of season this go round and had a message on their voicemail recommending this place... paved sites, spacious, nice amenities, and convenient... we loved it— so much that it will be our regular stop anytime in the area!

Great location to the hotel, train station, and downtown. Walked to the grocery store and had a great lunch at a Mexican restaurant.

Stayed here for 4 nights due to it's proximity to the Grand Canyon & Sedona/Jerome, although it is an hour drive to either location. Nicely paved sites with easy to use hook ups. We were in a back in site opposite the train tracks. Trains came by periodically but not that much of a nuisance. The laundry & restrooms are only accessible with a key card for added security. The restrooms are nicely tiled & there is ample room to navigate in the shower & dressing area. Our one complaint is that we never had more than a lukewarm shower & my first was downright cold!

Overall we really enjoyed this campground. Although it is quite close to the train tracks, it didn't really bother us that much. It may run less frequently off-season. The bathrooms were very clean, it was a great starting point for our trip to Page, AZ the next morning. It also has great amenities that are shared with the hotel: Hotel lounge, restaurant and bar, swimming pool and jacuzzi, a dog kennel for folks that want to experience the train ride to the Grand Canyon. We also got a 50% discount with Passport America. This always helps the budget. We would stay here again on our way through.

Loved it. Staff was super nice, did the train to the Grand Canyon which was awesome, you can walk to Williams Main Street with restaurants , bars and shops. Everything is close by. Sites are level and clean, just don t forget leveling pads as they request it. We didn t have them and they did not complain so all good. Weather in August was hot during the day and cool at night. We loved it, especially being from Florida and to wake up to 50 s. Would go back!

This is a great place to stay if you plan on riding the train to the Grand Canyon. Within walking distance to downtown Williams, AZ, which is worth the walk. Several stores and restaurants. Nice level spaces, "BUT" the nights we were there we had trains that sounded their horns 4 times a night while we tried to sleep,. The park is right next to the train tracks and the horns are loud and long. The first night we thought they might be coming through our motorhome. Other than the long horn blasts, it is a great place to stay. I'll still give it 4 stars as I was able to get back to sleep each time they woke me.

Nice place to stay and full hook up. We spend there 2 nights because of visiting the Grand Canyon (1h). Free access to the hotel pool. The staff is very friendly! There is a community area where you can use the propane grill for free. The only thing is the closeness to the train rail. The horn is super loud in the night, but with the price and all things around it s ok. Next to the campground is a brewery - fun.

Park was very nice walking distance to many shops and restaurants on historic 66. Bad part VERY loud train horn. We were close to road so when some one drove over tracks it also very loud. Bathrooms were clean

We loved the pull through lots since we are newbies at RVing. Train ride to Grand Canyon was Awesome!! We liked all amenities but to walk to the registeration to hotel to train depo to rv lot is quite a hike! We went to the Grand Canyon Brewery which do not go to. Food was awful and way overpriced. I gave 3 stars not 4 because first time I used showers I found a hair ball the size of my head! Disgusting

Clean park. Nice grounds. Well kept. Spaces are close, but with so much to do in the area, we were hardly there! Stayed for 3 nights. Took the train to the Grand Canyon, toured downtown Williams and went to Bearizona. Looked nicer than some of the others in the area.

My only complaint would be the train. However, once I was asleep, the noise vanished. We overnighted for two nights as we visited the Big Ditch. Clean showeres and bath areas. Has a shuttle to get you around. Would stay here again.

| Great place to spend Christmas

Arrive Christmas Day. The town was decorated for the season. It was snowing when we arrived, so setting up in the freezing cold was an experience. The staff was friendly, site was great and had all the amenities you need. Short walk into town and visits the sites of Route 66 and Williams AZ. Would stay here again!!

We stayed here and took the train to GC. It was a lot of fun. The RV park is very clean, they have lovely staff working at the store. You are welcome to use the pool at the hotel. Walking distance to restaurants. This is a new favorite for us!

Nice place with full hook ups including cable. Nice pull thru and back in sites. Can put a big RV in these spots. Walking distance to downtown and the train depot. You can use the pool and the gym at the hotel. They have a shuttle that can pick you up. Laundry facility available. Only down side is the sites are not wide so close quarters to other visitors. Bring your own fire pit if you like camp fires and be ready for the trains at night.

Didn t appreciate being treated like a scofflaw so will not return or recommend. Stayed 3 nights and on morning of departure it was snowing/sleeting. Disconnected all my utilities, put away all my chairs and outside stuff. When I went to retract my rear slides they wouldn t move. Being a new RV and having never experienced this, I had to refer to manuals for troubleshooting procedures. Finally got the slides to reset and was preparing to pull out when my phone rang. It was the front desk, reminding I was supposed to be checking out today. The time on my clock was 11:06! Prior to RVing I ve stayed and many hotels/resorts. I ve never in my 55 years been hassled by management over being 6 minutes later departing

Nice campground! We only stayed one night passing thru. They offer shuttle to catch the train into the Grand Canyon or a very short walk to the train station. The town of Williams is cute. Every night they have a gun fight on one of the streets. It was fun to watch! Clean bathrooms, very nice playground area along with volleyball and horse shoes. The campground also gives you access to the hotel pool. The pool is indoor heated and a good size. We would totally stop here again!

For the most part enjoyed our stay there, convenient to train, paved sites, internet weak, parking tight but office is not located in park and park does not tell incoming Rv'ers. Constantly watched Rv's enter campground and have to turn around and drive to office.

We stayed here so we could ride the train to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. The park is very nice, but if you need to do laundry, consider going into town. They have the smallest laundromat for the size of the park that we have seen. Also, better love trains. They come at all hours.

We are traveling across country, stayed one night. All concrete pads. Walking distance to attractions. No dog park, but there's a dog kennel. Clean. Passport America good only after Aug 15. Very pricey without that. Would not stay again at regular price.
