Huge spaces, lots of foliage and privacy between sites. Sits on hill above town and very quiet. All facilities clean and tidy and well maintained. Plenty of full hook ups. The best overnight stop on our 7500 mile journey from Oregon to Alaska and back.
Quiet Wooded separate sites. Clean washrooms with showers. Laundry. It's been raining so there's some mud on the road and at picnic tables. We had a water and electric site.
Nice place with a few drawbacks. Even though they advertise WiFi its NOT available at the sites. The paper work says "Works best around office facilities" Hopefully it does. It does not work from site 16. The signal is at 96db from there with a high gain antenna. I originally booked site 14 on their contracted website. Looked good on paper. It slopes down 2+ feet to the front. On my RV the front wheels needed to be 1 foot off the ground to get close to level. Also in that site the Electric and Water were on the wrong side. I gave up and moved to site 16 which was not level either but it was possible to level the RV without any wheels off the ground, but you would think a municipality would have skip loaders that could easily level the sites. For the $40 a night I expected a bit more from a city owned entity. On the plus side, its all nicely wooded. The roads were a bit muddy and it appears they are installing a moving gate at the front but they are making it a bit narrow as they have red K rails in the middle and the gate sticks out quite a bit on the right so drive in carefully if you have a 102" wide motorhome. Also, the booking website wasn't obvious that I wasn't booking a site without sewer hookup or that it was only 30 amp. They have full hook ups, but read the website carefully, understand which sites are FHU and which are not.
