99% full timers and they have been there a while. Even campers in overnight sites have been there for too long for my liking.

Very clean camp ground and friendly staff. I was escorted to site and had no issues with full hook up, in big rig. Very nice location for watching birds, fishing, and relaxing. Many sites are permanent / full timers sites, which limits water front space for drop ins.

| Quiet, clean safe

We stayed in our pop up camper for three days. Purpose of our visit was to stay close to beach access area. We found Turkey Point to be quiet, clean newer bathroom/showers. Salt water pool nice, has large laundry room but we new used it. Definitely will stay here again!

| An ok CG

It's a combination of permanent types with the come and goes. Had to use hot spot for wifi. Facilities are very nice and clean. Found office staff to be VERY helpful. Had credit card compromised and had to spend xtra day to have Fed Ex send new one. Office would except same and personally called to say new one was delivered. That was a big deal to us. Found CG to be quiet, with very level sites. It's a secure area as gate closes at 8pm and need combo to enter. Would stay here again.

This Park is family, dog and singles friendly. The Management is always there if you have any concerns or questions. There are fun activities planned to in which to participate. The view of the Sound is fantastic and the Ocean is so close by. I would definitely recommend this Park.

We were greeted by the campground host, Susan upon our arrival and during our stay she was most helpful. Turkey Point was clean and the sites large so you were not on top of your neighbor. The restrooms and shower were immaculate. The park is on the water and their dock a perfect place to sit and enjoy the view. We will definitely stay again.

If younate seeking a quite place to stay this isn't for you. They allow people to play loud music past 11 P.m so there is no management! They call it waterfront views when that's a lie. The only waterfront ciew you'll get is if you walk to the dock. The wifi sucks unless you walk to the office, ridiculous. Lots of long timers who tend to talk a lot about each other. Nice park but just too much drama.

| Beautiful views

We stayed in August of 2014 to attend the Shrimp Festival that was being held in the area. The campground is tucked away .. in a quiet location .. yet close to anything you need. The campground hosts were very friendly and gave directions to anywhere you needed to go. Make sure that you bring your fishing pole and your camera, the Park is on water and there are beautiful views from the Dock. We used the pool while we were there and can say that it was well maintained and very clean. The sites were level and good size. You were not sitting on top of your neighbor. Go and stay .. you will not be disappointed.

| Nice Facilities and beautiful view

From the start this park does not look like much. There is little shade and many permanent residents. But on a closer look, the showers and laundry facilities, pool area and grounds are well maintained and very clean. The showers especially are private and very nice. Then when you go out the far end of the park, there is a boardwalk that is long and reaches into the marsh area. We saw a beautiful sunset there and a large Osprey. There's a nice area too if you're into fishing.

We have the largest lots of any RV park in the area. The smallest lot we offer is 83' x 30', which is over 35% larger than the typical lot at our competitors' RV parks! We have plenty of room for the largest Park Model campers, golf carts, add-on porches and storage units. All of our lots have individually metered 50/30/20 hookups. Tenants are responsible for their own utility bills. Conveniently Located Near North Topsail Beach, Jacksonville, and Wilmington!
