This is our second time here. The couple are fantastic. They have done a lot of work and it looks great. They gave us fresh eggs for breakfast. We will be stopping here again in our way back to FL.

Nice RV park
By user-5895681... on 2017-10-23.
We are returning from evacuating from hurricane Irma and found this quaint little RV park. The owners are very nice, you don't even have to get out of your rig to check in. It's a work in progress but you can tell the owners love their park and are making it something wonderful. They said pull thru sites available and that's exactly what we got, after everything we've been thru it's nice to have someone deliver what they advertise. I would recommend staying here and will again if our travels take us this way.

We stopped here for the night on our way to Perdido Key. The owners, husband & wife, were as helpful, friendly and kind as anyone could ever hope for. The sites are deep, new electric posts and water with great pressure. What a surprise we received when one of the owners knocked on our door and handed us a half-dozen fresh farm eggs! While the campground is new the owners are putting their heart and soul into it as it shows. Another plus is that it is maybe a half-mile away from a Love's Truck Stop. Definitely recommend this place.

Hospitality and more
By user-4625302... on 2017-10-23.
A very nice place for an overnight stay. Long, pull-thru sites that are level and wide. Owners even give you an entrance mat to use for your stay. Reasonable price, cordial reception, nice dog park, lawn games if you are so inclined. Yes, we highly recommend this park.

Stayed here again this time leaving FL from a winter stay. See my Oct 2016 review. Great little park right of of I-10 in Cottondale, FL. They added a fishing pond to the park since our last stay. The owners are great and the friendliest. We were given fresh eggs for breakfast and would of had veggies for an omelet if the veggies were grown and ready.
Most site are pull thru's and easy to get in and out of.... Will stay here anytime I go by. Love Truck Plaza close by the entrance to the park and they honor Passport America at the park.

Very clean small campground convenient to the highway. We called earlier in the day to see if it was ok to arrive at 8:30. They greeted us with flashlights and took us to our spot. We have an RPod so we did a back in spot in the trees. Very nice! It had rained that day. They even gave us a little fake grass mat to put in front of our door to not track wet sandy dirt in. The pull thru's are more open and closer to the highway. We would definitely make this stop again. Old school great small business customer service!

Great little Campground , lots of white bunnies lol and just 5 minutes off the I-10 , recently opened and new ,The owner's John and Vonda are fantastic they met us at our coach in the middle of the storm that caused us to have to pull over into this Cozy little Campground To start with and We are sooooooooooo glad that We did. they sure knew what they were doing when they built this little Park , Best Wi-Fi We have had at a park in a very long time , 17 full Hook-up pull Throughs that can accommodate up To 100 ft and level , most are spacious , some are average ,7 back in site's in the woods some really big and more private if you prefer , We love the layout and you can even pick what site you want , Very BiG RIG FRIENDLY indeed ,easy in one way easy out the exit, , the next day they set up a fire pit with Free wood that they had cut and stacked while they were building the Park how cool is that.and oh yeah they even put down a carpet mat for us wow ,there are 2 really big fenced in DOG parks, open corrals for horse's, very family and Pet friendly , walking trails around the entire Park including the lake, Vonda brought us some fresh free range eggs before we left and yes they were absolutely yummy we didn't have time to fish but we did enjoy our walk to the Lake and plan on returning soon to do some fishing and hopefully break the 8lb record lol we are looking forward to watching them grow as We travel through that area every 3 months thanks guys for your awesome hospitality we wish you the best and are looking forward to visiting again and again

Park has been here for 6 months and is a nice little secret right of I-10. I was given a dirt FHU pull-thru site that was plenty big enough for my 42' 5th wheel (13). I had more than enough room to keep my truck hooked to the RV. I requested an open spot to use my dish, but they have plenty of shaded sites. The wi-fi is the best and the owners are great. I paid $27.75 with Passport America. It is 3 miles to town if you need fuel and supplies. Great for an over night stop. Will stay here again for sure.

They greeted us with an umbrella so that we didn't have to get out in the rain at 10 pm to check in ,and we didn't even have a reservation on the 4th of July weekend and they even honored our PA discount on top of that , the roads are clearly Big enough to navigate any size Rig with or without a tow , we have a 41ft with 20ft toy hauler and didn't have to unhook there are no obstacles to try to miss, No low hanging limbs, separate entrance and exit, But be careful and Watch out for their white bunnies lol they are adorable and sometimes hang out in the Campground great WI-FI , water pressure about 45 lbs , great satellite reception And about 15 local channels with antenna , long , level site's some very spacious, 2 clean fenced in dog parks and plan on adding another, they have Corral's and a 50ft round pen for a nice stay over when travelling with horses, volly ball , horseshoe's and more games as well as fishing and the best free Wi-Fi yet , we picked black berries and the owners brought us a dozen of their delicious free range eggs ,yummy, another great thing is they don't have permanent or local residents which is a major plus in my opinion No drama very peaceful indeed, no mosquito's just a few knat's , very clean and well kept with trash cans At every 2 site's ,This will be one of our favorite park's to stay at when We are near by and possibly make it one of our home base's so of course we recommend it to all That travel near there.Thank you John and Vonda so much for your hard work and wonderful hospitality and congratulations on building such a great place to stay overnight or a few days or weeks in our case, we am looking forward to watching your campground grow and prosper And I'm really looking forward to trying out that putting green you guys are planning on designing may God Bless You Always

Needed a place for the night, I'm 70ft and had no problem navigating the roads and the site was plenty big. The owners are super nice, this is there dream and I'm happy to see them living it. I drive a 7 figure coach but am not a snob, if you are a snob drive on by. If your one of the normal people come and support this young couple. Oh, fantastic enclosed dog play/potty area. My 5 had a blast trying to escape to chase the squirrels.

Would stay again
By user-5897660... on 2018-03-14.
Pros: short mile off I-10, owners walked up to us when we pulled in with the paperwork, $25 plus tax with Escapee's card, escorted to site, provided with a door carpet, offered free wood and they would build the fire. Plenty of room to leave 37 foot 5th wheel attached.
Cons: no bath house or laundry facilities, some noise from interstate.
A great overnight stop!!

Basic but great
By user-5822797... on 2018-03-14.
Games, fishing pond, level sites, close to I10 easy access, fastest internet we’ve had yet at any campground! Fire wood free at site! Takes National Park pass as discounts
We stayed close to park entrance very little road noise.
Owner are SUPER friendly and helpful. She gave us a door mat to use because it was raining told us not get ours out and get it wet. How much nicer can ya be?
Would stay again.

Stayed the night. The owners greeting us on arrival.
Easy access off the highway. Bare bones RV Park. Very clean and level sights. We’ll be back. Before arriving they received 11 inches of rain. Site was dry and owner placed a mat at our door so we wouldn’t dirty our own. Nice touch. ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

Old fashioned customer service!
By user-6620284... on 2018-03-14.
We stayed here one night on the way to Orlando. Very convenient location off of the interstate and there is a Pilot travel center across the street which is great for refueling. The couple who run this park are living their dream and it shows. They clearly love what they do. We were greeted with big smiles and instantly felt at home. Large level sites, beautiful stocked lake, large fenced dog areas, and lots of games for our kids to play. We will definitely be back. The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Perfect overnight spot

We were traveling from Tampa to Texas for our annual NRVIA conference for RV Inspectors. The owner Vonda is awesome! She led us to the spot and even gave us an outdoor carpet to use since we were only the overnight.
This place is super easy to get in and out since it's shaped like a horse shoe. There's a shaded area with trees between back in spots. We chose to park our 32 foot fifth wheel in the large pull thru area closer to the highway. There were bigger Class A's that fit with their toad still attached so the spots are plenty big and easy to navigate.
We were able to get many over-the-air channels so we didn't even try to connect to Wifi. The Century Link guy was there to finish installing 40Mg high speed so I'm sure that's another great reason to give this place a try.
There's a Love's at the end of the road sciatic the street which is super convenient. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Great 1 Nighter!
By user-5358434... on 2019-08-09.
Vonda, the owner, is a very gracious host. She took our reservation via text and confirmed our arrival, cost and upon arrival escorted us to our site.
The grounds took a direct hit in Hurricane Michael but they have done an exceptional job restoring them. They have a walking path, dog park, free firewood and very level lots. They do back up to I10 so there is a bit of noise but most overnight spots along the interstate do. What makes this different is the owner and how she welcomed us in.

Nice overnight stop
By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.
Stopped here on the way to Disney World for one night. Easy to get one and off I-10. Being close to the interstate, the noise wasn't really a problem. The park owner, Vonda, is a great host. They took a hit from the hurricane but Vonda is getting the park back in shape. We would definitely stay here again.
