A great off the highway campground. The kids loved the lake and the playset. We were facing the lake so we had some trees and a lovely view, you do get some highway noise, but that should be expected. The owners are so friendly. When we arrived our site did not have a fire ring. I stopped at the office to buy some items and she asked me how we liked our site. I told her about the fire ring and she said they would check it out. Her husband came by our site about 30 minutes later and set up the fire ring for us. They have paddle boats and kayaks for rent, but we didn't get a chance to use them this stay. While passing through Nebraska, we will definitely stay here again!

Pros quick on and off freeway. Clean bathrooms. Cheap Cons dirt sites. lots of stickers.

We pulled in today, greeted by owner, very polite willing to accommodate. Passport America and Good Sams $30.00 per night . Full hook up and 50 amp. Parked us facing the lake. Good satellite, no trees and Verizon pegs out the bars. Very nice would definitely stay again. Stayed 6 days 40 foot pusher with tow.

Large campground not found a lot due to being down the road from a packed campground. Friendly folk, all the comforts, beautiful lake. Plenty of room for us big rigs. We highly recommend this campground.

This was easy access off of I-80. Staff was very nice and we were given an escort to our sight. Sight was number 57 and was a very easy pull through for our 43 ft fifth wheel. Beautiful small lake on the property with boat rental available. We enjoyed fishing and caught a good sized catfish. Bathrooms were clean and nice. Nice fenced in dog runs . There is gas and restaurants just down the access road and town was the next exit up from us.

Recent name change and nice upgrades to this Campground. Decides level and grass. The restrooms were clean and also had showers. This is a Passport America discount Campground but they also offer other RV discounts. The camp store RV supplies, groceries, and beer. Looks like there are lots of fishermen here and you do not need a permit to fish because this is a private lake. Staff are most friendly and even late on a Saturday night we got a lake view site. Although it is close to the interstate, we did not hear interstate noise. We paid $24 and would stop here again overnight.

New owners! They have really cleaned this place up. They are doing non-stop work and upgrades to the sites. It is becoming the place to stay in North Platte. Owners were great and worked with us as we had issues come up.

Quiet and pretty with water views. I just saw a group of young people in the lake having a wonderful time. It's 88 degrees outside, so that should feel great. Nice and friendly people.

Nice long level clean sites. Nothing fancy with grass pads and a picnic table. Some sites have fire rings. Very pleasant ,quick and friendly check in. If you are looking for fancy this is not a place for you but great for an overnight stop when traveling.

Stayed in pull-thru site #56 in a motorhome with a Jeep toad. Lots of open space and easy access to I-80. Nothing fancy but perfect for overnite. Jarred is a great host and is very responsive to email inquiries an reservations. Nice lake views. We would be happy to stay here again!

Very nice, clean, froendly hosts. Grass and stone pads but very level. Close to 80 but you do not hear the traffic. Close to Flying J same exit I would stay here again

I-80@Exit 179, the Address doesn't show on GPS, so follow the signs, easy access from the highway. Pros - Level spots, some trees, clean bathhouse. Nice, helpfully hostess. Near the interstate. Cons - cash only. Near the interstate, but not too noisy. There IS a small lake.

This is one great park. We were there for a week in 40 ft. MY. The owners were so great . Our mail came and she delivered it to us. Great area also. Showers were clean . Landry was clean and in good working order. We will definitely stop again if we are in area. Thanks for there help

Wintering here is quiet for sure but the owner, while they are nice, are NEVER here and NOT involved. Promised many things but they do not follow through. Monthly sites and overnight sites are completely opposite of what they should be. Landscaping where you can camp is less than desirable while by the waterfront is nice but you can park there. These owners are all about getting your money and bragging about how much the park is making them. Glad we moved. Listen to your criticism to make improvements!!!!

Great potential for future. Very nice little lake. Good place to exercise the dog. Slight highway noise, but not bad. Sights roomy, flat and level. Good showers, friendly people, no WiFi.

Dandelions and ants all over our pull thru site! Nice lake, friendly people, level gravel sites, nothing extra special. Good enough for a one or two night stop unless you want to fish. We stayed here in a 43' motorhome and had good room front to back but if they parked someone in the spaces on both sides, it would be too tight!

Our site was on the South side of the park and the traffic on I-80 was intense. We had to get up and find our ear plugs to sleep. Site was level but very sandy and with rain it was a mess. Tracked in lots of sand. They are building/installing several new sites. Bathrooms need updating. No WiFi. Great news that the park allowed us to wash bugs off the front of our fifth wheel.

$25 for 30 amp water and electric 40 ft pullthrough.. Cant hear any hwy noise with fan running. Excellent for overnight stop. Walkimg path around lake and fenced dog area. con: goathead stickers which get on dogs but I dont kniw how they could prevent that. Stayed in 30 ft 5th wheel.

When coming from Interstate turn is small road to the right just before Platt River Bridge. Very easy to miss. The guy in front of us missed it as did we.

Lovely campground right by the lake. Signage could use some improvements, but they do escort you to your spot. Had a nice spot right by the lake, but it rained so we didn't really get a chance to enjoy it.

This is a nice spot for an overnight or even a couple days if needed. Fairly quiet considering how close the interstate is. The sites are mostly grass with some gravel down, gravel drives. Easy enough to get in, in the dark. I was chatting with the owner and apparently a lot of people try to stay and leave outside of business hours and never drop a check. Don't be that person, this is camping, be a good person.

Nice place. Level sites, on a small lake. They have kayaks, canoes and pedal boats to rent for very reasonable prices. Owners very friendly. Will be back.

Just when you think that you know where you are going, the overseers of this RV world that we live in throw a wrench at you. The name of the street that is advertised is not the same as the name on the street sign that they are actually located on. Suggest a call to the office for clarification when you are close to your final approach. Highway noise at night disturbing. On-site store interesting, staff accommodating.

This was a last minute decision to our travel and was glad they could accommodate us on a Friday. Very convenient to I80 with a nice country feel. We have a few spots we like in this area and now this is one of them. We ll probably visit again.
