Awesome Creek sites

Loved this place. Had a great site right on the creek and next to the city ball park. Great for walking every morning and place is very dog friendly.

Let me start by saying we are very particular
about where we stay. I do not want to buy a nice 5th wheel and then park it just anywhere.
I have looked at every campground and RV Park in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville. We have stayed at 7-8. I keep coming back to Kings Holly Haven for the following reasons.
1. Location Location Location
2. Price is right. One of cheapest in area
3. Sites are nice enough and love backing up to the creek and mountain.
4 Facilities are good although we don't use them
5. Friendly staff. Had to replace gas regulator and did not have proper tools with me. Their maintenance man loaned me the tools then came to my site and helped me.
6. I consider this a campground and not an RV Resort but that's what we want when we're in the smokies.
7. Have stayed on at least 6 different sites here and been happy with all. nice concrete pads.
8. plenty of room to maneuver a 39' 5th wheel.
9. Close to Parkway at light 3
10. After finding this one, it just feels like home.
11. Since we don't use facilities ie. pool restrooms shower etc, what is important is water, sewer, cable, 50 amp level site and patio pad. all are very good.
There could be nicer or more expensive or whatever, but over all, Dollar for Dollar this is the best park in the smokies
Just booked another 10 days for Thanksgiving.

Friendly, Clean, awesome sites

We have been to thins campground 4 times and we will always keep coming back. They're friendly, the sites are spacious and even fit our rig of a motorhome and trailer of 70'. Their amenities are fantastic and now there is a dollar general and a huge park right next door to the RV park and in no way hinders the camping, woodland ambience that they offer. This location is a win win!

Very nice RV Park, part shade everywhere, very nice, clean showers & laundry area. Trolley pickup at entrance was very convenient, Dollar store next door - walking distance. Pool looked good - we didn't use. Nice staff. John & Paula, Colorado.

Stayed at this site for the first time. And I have to say it was very nice. We are from Alabama, Lower and was looking for a place that was not to crowded/close to each other and this location was great for the price and all the amenities. It is also close to Mail's & Resturants. Also very close to Dollywood.
The #1 thing I guess I liked the most wast quite time, which started at 10:00pm.

Nice little campground, clean and quite. Spent 6 nights here.
Enjoyed the view of the hills behind the grounds and of the river that runs through the back.
It's located in a nice spot. Off the main highway and all it's traffic but still real close to all the attractions and sites.
Would definitely come back.

Park is very tight to get into unless a small camper. Bathrooms and facilities were very clean. Trailer next to us was a permanent site and had bags of stuff outside their door that stunk like garbage and junk all over. Probably would not stay here again there are nicer ones around there.

Park is so tight if you do not get a pull Thur you have to ask people to move to get in. Facilities were clean and well kept. The trailer next to me was a permanent site and had lots of bags sitting outside door and it stunk like garbage. It was a really junky place and very nasty all around it. Maybe another site would have been better but ours was awful. Probably would not stay again.

We requested pull through spaces 2 months in advance and was told sorry. Very tight spaces with little room. Nice patio slabs.
