Great place
By user-5894071... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed one night nice park a lot of big rigs very clean. Looks like lots of things for kids to do. Not very many permanent residents so the place is not junked up and trashy. Would highly recommend this park and easy access to and from the highway.

Great place to stay with kids
By user-5338480... on 2017-10-23.
This place has everything you want in a campground. Large clean level lots with water, electric and sewer. Tons of free activities for the whole family including miniature golf, paddle boats and a large playground. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again. Definitely worth more than a one night stay.

We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the entire time. Gracious, friendly owners have a beautifully kept park setting. The lots are so spacious and the wifi is decent.

Great Place to Stay
By user-4520470... on 2017-10-23.
Sorry that we are only staying one night as this is the nicest rv park we have seen in over 3200 miles. Most of the trip we have to move each day to get closer to our destinatoon.
We called late in the afternoon to ascertain they had space available. When we got to the entrance, the owner greeted us warmly and personally walked ahead of us to show us our site. Pads are all gravel and a large grassy area is between each site. Full hook up very convenient.
Free wifi. Park has a frisbee golf course, nice playground, a creek runs through the park. A pond is also here.
We camped in a 24 foot travel trailer. Sites are very long!

Nice, generous size camp sites

The RV Park camp sites were the most generous in size of any I've encountered in the last two months of travel. The grounds were impeccably maintained, restrooms spotless and lots of fun activities and playground equipment for kids. A nice, quiet location.

The owner/host' fifth wheel is parked under a shed at the gated entrance. Him and his wife watch for guests to drive around the bend and run out to meet you as you pull in. There is a dry-erase board with your predetermined site and name at the entrance. They will escort you to your site.
The place can come off as a little hokey at first with all of the giant welded animals and kiddie toys placed around, but it grows on you after a little while. The grounds are well kept and the owners have obviously worked hard to build this place out of a corn field.
The nights are quiet and the owner walks the property every night at 10pm to enforce the rule. The speed breakers are wicked sharp and placed everywhere. Instead of designating a smoking section, the owner has hung homemade ashtrays at every site and works hard at keeping the grounds tidy. (I think the smokers should park near the dump station.)
This CG has FHU and is a nice change of scenery from the state-run parks that dominate the area. The owners keep a close eye on everything that happens here and that certainly keeps the riffraff out. If you have young children, this is the place you want to be.

Roughing it in style
By user-6288679... on 2017-10-23.
Very clean grounds and restrooms/showers. Hosts ( who also are the owners) go out of their way to see that you are taken care of. One of the most kid friendly parks we have stayed at. Nice wide sites and easy in and out. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and Spacious
By user-6647666... on 2018-07-06.
The sites are twice as big as most public campgrounds. We love the green grass between each site and wish other campgrounds followed their example. The grounds are clean with nice grass. Easy to maneuver into and out of campground. Didn’t see permanent campers or wasn’t noticeable if there were any. Would definitely stay again. We camped here in a MH towing. Highly recommend!
