A decent park but sites are not all level, OTA TV not cable, and spotty internet. Very nice bathroom.

Super clean, nice laundry room. The owner was very helpful. The bathrooms and showers were super clean. We pulled in late and were able to hook up and pay in the morning. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here.

Perfect Base Camp for Mesa Verde!
By user-5775729... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed at site #4 in a Motorhome. Above average facilities, great staff and fantastic views! Couldn't be much closer to the MVNP entrance. I-160 road noise is not bad and really quiets down at night. We would be very pleased to stay here again ..and plan to!

Convenient, reasonable, clean & friendly
By user-5818745... on 2017-10-23.
Great location, friendly staff and good facilities. Mostly gravel in park and sites are good sized. The hookups are a bit far from one another... but reachable. No cable, decent WiFi. Clean bathrooms. 2 spas and a pool. Pet friendly. 1/2 mile from entrance to Mesa Verde National Park. Stayed 2 nights in a class A motorhome. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay
By user-4721584... on 2018-07-06.
Great place to stay. Friendly owners and staff! Located just 1/2 mile away from the main entrance of Mesa Verde National Park. We took multiple rides on our Harley throughout the area soaking up the glorious scenery! Nice updated bathrooms, pool 2 hot tubs. Internet was spotty at our sight, but stronger in other areas. The Owners hosted a wonderful pot luck dinner on Memorial Day weekend with delicious pulled pork and brisket. Fun was had by all!

Great base to explore

Stayed 2018-10-01 to 2018-10-08
Sites are pretty spacious, mostly level and gravel. Amenities are good and the staff is great. It is one exit from Mesa Verde National Park so you are set to visit there. Do yourself a favor and also visit Hovenweep National Monument about 56 miles (an hours drive) away. And, in Mancos just down the road, you'll find the Absolute Bakery & Cafe. It is Wow-tastic!

Closest Park to Mesa Verde Convenient to Durango
By user-5429620... on 2019-08-09.
Stayed 2018-08-31 to 2018-09-07
We stayed here for a week over the Labor Day weekend. It offered a good central location for visiting Mesa Verde, Four Corners, Durango, and Silverton. Our pull through site was very long and wide open to the sky for great satellite reception. We viewed a beautiful prairie field and two ponds out our front windshield. The hookups were well situated and worked well.
