We were reluctant because it was so busy we had to settle for the Safari Area. On the map it looks barren and remote, with little shade. We couldn't have been happier though. We were by the pond with a mix of sun and shade. The bathrooms for this area are small, but were never crowded and always clean despite it being the 4th of July weekend. Super friendly staff and good store and lots of activities for all. Our last concern was the amount of seasonal campers. Sometimes sites get rundown looking or the seasonal campers are not very friendly. NOT here. Beautifully maintained sites and super friendly making all campers feel welcomed! A great location and will stay here again!
We have been going here for the last couple years. Campground has always been cleans and the owners are very nice. They rebuilt the bathrooms which are always clean and in working order. We are looking forward to going back in just a couple weeks.
