Sites need some TCL. Old rock and need levelling. Good amenities, great wi fl, little overpriced but I would stay here again.

Beautiful San Juan River sites 20 yards from the water. Super friendly staff and very clean facilities. Exceptional wifi but not much on phone probably do to mtn across the river. View worth no phone. Stay here again in a heartbeat. CG is very close to town. Only sound at night is the fast flowing river. Very peaceful.

I would give this Park a 4+ if it was not so dusty!! They should invest in a product call dust down. It is applied directly on the road and eliminates the dust. All camp hosts are very friendly. Right on the river and some shade on some sites. Would stay here again! Paid $47

We have travelled to this area several times but decided to try this park on this trip. It is great! Clean, quiet, beautiful view, and nice level spots. The staff is very friendly.

Right on the river, Verizon 1 bar if at all. Cable / Wifi was above average. Highly recommend. Very close to town, make sure you do The Springs Resort!

This is the second time we have stayed here and I will stay here again. Sites on the river are great and able to handle big rigs easily. Staff is helpful and friendly. Park is close to town but very quite at night. Highly recommend this park.

tayed at this park after leaving a bad stay at a park in Durango. This park is wonderful the staff is kind park is older but really clean and beautiful. Sites level, and when theu say you have a river site they mean it you are only about 2 car lengths off of the river. Stayed here in a 32' travel trailer with wife, 4 yr old and 10 month old. We will be back

Can’t tell the pretty little gem from the road, but wait till you get down here by the river! They weren’t quite open for the season, but let us stay. They have a pond with paddle boats for the summer. Mature trees, lots of sites, river front views, very little road noise, friendly folks. We paid 35 for full hookups, didn’t use the facilities. These folks let us stay for a night in April. It was perfect. They were so friendly and helpful! We practically had the place to ourselves. Gorgeous views, right on the river, beautiful pond, and perfect location close to Pagosa. If I'm ever in the Pagosa Springs area again I will definitely be staying here.

We stayed here off and on in late summer, early autumn 2018. So Much to like. Only negative for us was the horrifically poisonous air outflow from laundry room. Limiting laundry products to fragrance free & environmentally friendly would remedy this. Will return!

Close to springs, fishing, rafting and other activities. Well kept, accommodating, quiet, great internet and cable. Satellite TV may not work at some sites. They will help you anyway they can.

Except that the wifi didn't work, the spot was not level by quite a bit, and the guy parking me needs to work on his social skills, it was a good spot. Close to town was what I wanted. Nice little lake, good store. A little tight. Paid for a pull through but no way could I pull through without dropping my tow dolly and car to get turned around. $330 for 7 nights. Had to reserve 3 months in advance.
