Ok for a Stop Over

Park is OK for one or two nights TOPS! We reserved over the phone with no money down. Called in advance a day before arrival and no one answered. Were worried we would not have a spot. Received a call back while in route the next day. Said they had a medical emergency, but still concerning when so far from home.
Park is right on the highway, so very noisy. Full hook-ups that were OK. (Sewer pip 8 inches above ground level??) Sites are so close you cannot even deploy your awning. Many "long term" sites, but generally kept up well in SOME areas. We have a surge protector and we had to bypass because low voltage kept cutting power. No help from park.
Biggest benefit was the price! ($15 per night!)
Biggest draw back is the proximity from Bryce & Zion NP. There are closer parks if that is your goal, we stayed due to cost.
Would not stay again.

Stayed here in a 36' Fifthwheel in Oct 2015. Very nice park with 50 amp and full hook ups. Close to Bryce Canyon. Well maintained grounds. One of the best bargains we have found in years. Stayed 7 days for $105.00, can't beat that! Would differently stay here again if in area.

Great park
By user-5339861... on 2017-10-23.
Love this RV park. Clean restrooms, great scenery and nice management. Plus, it's uber cheap. $14.95 (plus tax) a night for a full hookup. Yes please! Everything worked great and the park has great landscape. Worth staying at for sure!

Very nice place and clean. It is a work in progress. The price was good but it is 15.95 not the 15.00 that shows on the rv party site.

Beautiful Park & Cheap

We stayed for 3 nights and the park is beautifully landscaped. The people were really friendly. One of the nicest parks.

We stayed at Paradise for 3 nights while exploring the Bryce Canyon area. Most sites are crushed rock. The site was level, hookups were easy to use and all the services worked, although the electricity went out briefly while we were there. Bathrooms were clean. There are old cars and some junk on the one side of the campground, an eye sore. They are improving the landscaping. Owners were helpful and friendly. Worth the price.

Excellent park, friendly people, great value.
By user-5345866... on 2017-10-23.
This is the best value we've found during our travels. Nice location in a popular ATV destination, and the park is beautifully manicured, if a bit simple. You won't find fancy amenities, but it has a great laundry room, showers/bathroom, cute little gift shop, and the most solid WiFi connection we've found at a campsite. At $15/night for a full hookup, you can't beat it. The weekly and monthly rates look attractive as well. If we find ourselves back in this area, we will return without question.

Great low cost place to stop over and stretch your legs. Very friendly and clean. Most RV sites are still closed around here until April 1st. Called and the owner told me to pick out a site on the back side with full hookups.$18.50 for 30 amp. On the honor, slide a check under the door and he will be there in the next day or two. A lady in a trailer staying there will help if needed. Great no frills place, will stay again.

We never saw a soul in charge. Place is older but clean. Laundry is great.
Many sites not open yet this season. We chose #54. 30 amp, full hook ups. Pretty quiet at night. All gravel drive and sites. Ours was fairly level.
Park could use some TLC and it would be nice if it were staffed. Overall, nice for the price.
