Extremely tight area. Could only put awnings out 2' without hitting other trailer. Lots of full timers. Place is dumpy but close to ferry

Parkcanada RV Park is located in Tsawwassen, BC just a few minutes down the road from the Tsawwassen ferry terminal servicing Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Located beside the Big Splash Water Park (commonly called the Tsawwassen Waterslide), just west of the new Tsawwassen Mills shopping centre, it's easy to find. It's an older park with back-in and pull-thru full-service sites, but without 50 amp electrical. Our full-service pull-thru site was extremely tight for getting in with our 43 ft coach. There are lots of stray dogs and cats running around and you do have to be careful where you walk. This is a location with lots of potential but poor upkeep brings it down. We stayed here due to necessity but it's not a location I would recommend to friends. The picture in this listing is misleading. It is not nearly as good looking as the picture indicates.

Location, location, location!! Although somewhat basic, this RV/camper/tent park is located very close to Vancouver's Tswassen ferry to Vancouver Island. It's also across the street from a major outlet mall, a Canadian Tire and a Wal-Mart. There's a water park next door. True, it's not a fabulous park, but it serves at the price of a ferry ride.
