PHEASANT RIDGE RV PARK

This is a well kept park with nice amenities but the sites are very small. We stayed here for doctors appointments and personal business in the area. It served it's purpose being next to the freeway and centrally located for our needs but we will likely stay elsewhere next year for a bigger site and a more serene location.

| Back up out of pull thru

Nice level concrete sites, but not good for an overnight as you have to unhook and back out of a pull thru. PVC pipe marks the corners of the site. Evidently the park cares more about a few feet of grass then easy access. If you pull forward you'll damage your coach No one told us this when we checked in. Thanks to some very nice neighbors they guided us out.

When I called to make a month-long reservation, everything was fine, until I mentioned that our trailer was only 24' and we were in the middle of a move to the area. Then all of a sudden, her tone changed, and she started making excuses. After "Are you sure you don't want to look around at other parks in the area?" and I said "no, your park looks beautiful" she asked about pets, and finally turned us down when we told her we had a 35 lb boxer because "we don't allow boxers in the park." She might have been legit about the boxer (if so, I regret making this bad review), but we have NEVER heard of boxers not being allowed, especially smaller ones, and her abrupt change in tone of voice suggested that she thought we might be transients and she just did not want to take a chance renting to us. Which is fine, if they want to keep old trailers and homeless people out, but she could have asked rather than shutting us out.

Simply excellent. We are New Zealanders who tour the US during your Summers . We have visited over 40 RV sites and this is one of the two best RV sites we have been to.

All the sites are paved and very well kept. There are so many trees that you feel like you are in the forest. It is a beautiful park! Kids can't use skate boards or scooters. The pool is a little small but is indoor so it can be used regardless of weather.

We stayed here in September 2017. We asked for the longest pull through they had when we made our reservation. On getting to the site on the hill I had trouble getting my 43 1/2’ 5er into the site and knew Zi would have a tough time backing out. Talked to the manager who said they had no other sites available even though I pointed out a couple that would have offered better access, she said they were already taken. One never was used. She did comp us 1 day and provided 2 employees to spot for me while backing out.

This park was great. Easy in and out, convinient location to check out Portland and surroundings without being right in it. Stayed 3 nights and the park was super clean, well run and very quiet. It was quite busy and lots of big new rigs, everyone was super respectful and made for a nice quiet setting. Didn t use any of the facilities but the Laundry looked nice and updated, same with the gym. Decent looking pool and hot tub
