Lots of full time seasonal campers and just as hospitable to us one/two nighters. Very nice owners and staff..beautiful camp ground with ponds, swimming holes and all the amenities...
Have mixed feelings about this place. It wasn't great - wasn't horrible - was just okay, but was clean. A lot of the sites are shaded, but there's a middle section out in the open that just seems to have RVs stuck everywhere. Our 50 amp, FHU, back-in site was partially shaded and was level, but we had to re-level after a couple of days. Sites are close together. Our site was on the end, so we had a big side yard. WiFi worked well. Limited cable channels. There's lots to do and lots of activity. We stayed in a motorhome. We would stay again.
We did request a back in site, but never thought that, with a badly placed sewer inlet and campers being so tightly packed, that I would prefer to setup in their overflow field with no hookups , but that's exactly what we did. They claimed it was the absolute last site they had, and that very well could have been the case, but it was only suitable for a pop up or tent. Cody was unable to give me another site. When I told him I was leaving to find another campground, he offered is the field. and gave me 20. of my 45. back.
