Under construction but still open. Very nice long spaces. We are 75ft and did not have to unhook. mangers (Robyn & Beau) are very polite. Their daughter is just the funnies thing. 8 going on 25 ha. Nothing special about the park other than location. Nothing bad about it either. Needs more gravel if it rains. You will not sink but gets sticky. The people next to us needed some repair and Beau looked at it and advised them who to have it repaired by and what questions to ask about the process. What a nice service from a camp host. The repair guy was very nice and quiet and sounds like reasonable. We came in late and was allowed to sleep late. In fact we slept until noon and did not leave until 2pm. Bo just waved when we left and said thank you for staying with us. What a relaxed atmosphere for a RV park. Thanks Guys.

This park has few amenities but is easy off and on I-40. The manager was a wonderfully kind woman that went out of her way to help us find our way around as repairs forced us to stay more than one night. We were provided with a welcome packet that told us about area attractions, shopping, places to eat, wifi info and tv stations. I have only seen this done in very high end RV parks. As our truck was in for repairs we were offered a ride by the manager, Kathryn, to anyplace we needed to go. She refused to even take gas money for the couple of runs she took us on. This is the way that park staff should be treating their campers and it's the kind of service we haven't seen in any "Resort Parks" lately. If we didn't have to get to a wedding, we'd have stayed longer and will definitely return. We camped in a 5th wheel.

Great review for local. Dominoe's, Kroger, Walmart, Autozone, Orielly, Tractor Supply and even a Denny's. No bathrooms but plenty of room and we are 77 feet long and could even make a u turn in this park if needed. Wow. Gravel and Dirt you wont get stuck but you might get your feet dirty when it rains but to not have to unhook or rent two sites well worth it. Long term and overnight are kept seperate so very peaceful. Huge 1 mile track, bikes, carts, dog's even a place to ride you mini bikes away from the park so no noise. We walked to Sonic who had outside tables. Simple but well worth it. 35 for 50 amp and 30 for 30. No bathrooms so tenters stayed for nothing. McDonalds close enough. Great wifi. 2 of them.

Nice new extra long sites, Our Prevost and 24ft trailer had no issues we even made a u-turn in the park to get the site we wanted. Not much shade but plenty of room. We did not have to unhook. Parked next to the biggest converted greyhound we have ever seen. What a rig. First one we have come across longer than ours and he came and went with zero issues. City water bring your filter. Nice people run the place. Bring your own bathrooms theirs are not built yet. takes time and money. We will stay here again just for ease of maneuvering. Wylie Hawkins.

Easy access off I-40. We stayed 1 night while passing through. Very long pull-thru site. Had to work a little to level. Sites are gravel and dirt. No cable, but we were able to get some OTA channels. WiFi worked well most of the time, but did slow down at times. Good Verizon cell coverage. We would stay here again if passing through.

Put away the fact it is on the freeway it was not noisy in our bus. The big boys will not fit yet but the area marked off for the bus trailer combo's will be very nice. many pipe line workers here but absolutely noise from any of them. The host and hostess and their little girl are all a big hoot to be around. We did fit with out 40ft bus but was tight. The new sites on the highway when completed will see plenty of action. Over length vehicles will have no issues then. Thanks guys for being so nice to us.

Very friendly staff. The price is a little high for what you get. There are no bath or restroom facilities. Sites do have sewer hookups, however our neighbors sewer was right in front of our door. Site was not level and was dirt. I probably will look for a different location next trip.
By user-5208737... on 2017-10-23.
We were not impressed. Gravel pad, very out of level, I-40 nearby and noisy. Water appears to contain oil, had to use bottle water to make coffee. They had no record of our reservation but had plenty of open slots. WiFi barely works.
By user-5760035... on 2017-10-23.
Nice place with easy highway access. All new full service facilities under construction. Large and level sites which are well groomed. Friendly and helpful hosts. Accepts late arrivals. Well worth the price.

Called ahead and only had one spot left. I was worried because we have a 44' fifth wheel with a ridiculously bad turning radius. Tracy and Kenny were friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Followed him to the site, he helped up get pulled in and we had zero issues. Power and water worked great, we didn't use sewer. We arrived and left in the dark, but campground looks a little tight on the spaces but not horrible by any means. We would stay here again. Thanks!

We stayed here one night. It has full hookups. The sites are gravel and are mostly level. It's easy on and off I-20. Nice place to walk our dogs. The manager is very helpful and we enjoyed visiting with her. We would stay here again. We camped in a Class C motorhome.

Did not have to unhook. Place to ride our scooters in the park away from the rv's. Huge dog area. No bathrooms but with 100 ft sites bring your own. Wifi will place youtube without clocking. 27 miles east of Alb NM. Great place to unload and start our bike adventures.

We stayed here for the month of August. New park managers are nice & helpful. Take you to your site & show you where all the correct hook-ups are. It's hard packed dirt & rock, fine for parking. Site pretty level, may have to do a little adjusting. Bathrooms clean, so is laundry room, kept up. Pet friendly.

Stayed here one night with a 32' travel trailer. We preferred not to unhook from the truck since we were only staying the one night and leaving first thing in the morning. We arrived around 9PM and found the late arrivals info and easily found our spot. Campground was clean and although we didn't use the shower, we saw others using them. Great overnight spot!

Went their because RV park had good reviews. Says rate is $30.00. When I got there they said that the rate was $35.00. They would not honor the Website price. So I left. Also the Interstate noise was very loud. Went down the road for 2 mile and stayed at Walmart.
By user-5256450... on 2017-10-23.
Recently added 2 bathroom/showers. Very clean. Sites are all gravel. We paid. 35$ for our 35' 5th wheel/night. Large sites. We had plenty of room to leave our trailer hooked up to our truck. Slow wifi. Many over the air TV channels easily accessible.

No bath house yet but to watch a 75 rig make a u turn into a site was amazing. 7 big sites better make a reservation. right of the highway sleep 25 miles of the Albuquerque noise. 10 acres to walk the dogs. A horse overnight area. A little highway noise but quiet in our bus. city water clean but yucky tasting. bring you filters.

A nice young couple running this place and doing their best to get into the RV park business! Location is right off the #40 but I was a bit taken back on the price which offered no amenities! Its apparent that there is more work to be done but maybe a bit more curb appeal especially at the entrance would entice more travelers to stay! Nice clean place for overnight stay! Wishing the nice couple success!!!

No bath house yet but enough room to watch a Prevost with trailer make a u turn into a site over 100 feet long. Very simple park. great wifi. New Denny's around the corner in the super Walmart parking lot. Nice people running the place. They guided us in on foot due to the golf cart was dead. Above and beyond getting us in and well lighted park. We are almost 80ft and had zero issues getting in or out.

Whats to say. No bath house yet or showers. Huge dog walk area. Even a non pickup area. Overnight horse area. Very secure feeling for even the local police come by to use the wifi. Doesn't get much better than that. One day this place even though small will be very nice layover off the beaten path just outside of the city. Super Walmart around the corner was nice. 7 huge sites I would guess over 100 foot long plus pull thrus. No extra charge for trailers even if you plug them in. 80 amp sites.

We came through town late and the owners were very nice and accommodating. The place was full and we were happy to find somewhere after being on the road. Despite getting there about 10 p.m. we were led to our spot and got a good night's rest. We will stay here again. We stayed here because some of the other places in Albuquerque jacked their prices up because of the hot air balloon festival in town. Not these folks. Just good old fashioned people.

Started having engine trouble just east of Albuquerque in 40 mph wind gusts. Called ahead and thankfully got a spot. In spite of the rain, Kenny took us to our site, gave us a recommendation for a mechanic (East Mountain Auto & RV Repair is the best!), and shared some good stories that helped take the edge off. Turned into a 5 night stay instead of one and they were very accommodating.

This is a one night stay only. Dusty and noisy. There are 5th wheels and what looks like a horse trailer with plywood and foam around them in an effort to insulate. Not a temporary fix. Sites are unlevel. The power, water, sewer appears to be new. Like a previous review we found the water left a scum on everything. We're full timers and this was the first time we've had this happen. (45 states and 6 provinces).

This is a very nice clean and organized Park. Was greeted with a friendly smile and escorted to my site. They have a lot of amenities not to mention a great View. Wish they had an LP fill up station but overall this is an excellent place if you're looking to spend a couple of days or just an overnighter.

Pro - Easy to maneuver in the park with large pull-thru sites. You will be guided to your site. Park is located just off the interstate & close to any supplies you need. Utilities for the park where new in my section. Best wi-fi going, but I was parked next to the wi-fi transmitter. Deltas - The sites are dirt/gravel and can be dusty when it is windy. Can hear some road noise from I-40 at times. Only two washing machines/dryers and two unisex showers to use. Laundry was expensive at $3.00 a load. There is nothing to do in town or the rv park at night. I used my dish for TV, didn't see any cable. No dog area. Park is made up mostly of full time residents. Park is good for a quick overnight stay.

We stopped early in the day because the wind was so bad. Nothing to do at the park, no dog area, no cable. Wi-fi was ok. Seemed like a lot of full timers were there. It was relief from the wind after fighting the RV all day.

Not a great experience. Had to wait for a guide to follow to the sight. Roads thru park full of holes and narrow. No garbage cans could be found. Shower house dirty. Won t stay here again. Website a lot better than actual.
