GOOD: Convenient, level, paved roads with gravel pull-thrus and back-ins, and full access to all GSR facilities. Plus there was a chili & beer competition on the premises while there for 2-nights. BAD: Road and airport noise, needed to sign for a key for the restroom, and very questionable long-term stayers... called "squatters" in most countries... and I'm pretty sure the site 3 spaces down was a crackhouse due to the recurring traffic thru the night. Unlikely to stay again despite convenience of being on the GSR property -- just didn't feel secure...
We were in close to the office. The space was long enough to accomodate our 63 ft length, which is sometimes hard to find in rv parks. This is a very nice park and friendly staff. However, it has no cable or wifi. That is the reason I only gave it three stars. I was able to pick up several stations with my digital TV antenna, though. You would think, in this modern age, that a resort of this caliber would at least have wifi in the rv park. We recently stayed at two different parks out in the middle of the desert. They both had cable and wifi. The prices shown on RV Parky are not accurate. They are now $44 - $48. It does have lots of activities on the grounds within walking distance. We liked the Splash Golf. It has a nice pool area with sandy beaches, also.
We stayed here 2years ago and found it great. Cement level spaces fenced dog area's. Shuttle service to the casino and back. Clean facility's , very friendly staff and very helpful. We plan on staying here on our next trip thru Reno . We just recommended this park to a friend for tonight. K&T Manoff.
