| Beware their Policies
We had a 4 day reservation at this park that we had to cancel due to a family emergency3 days before our arrival. The park refused to give us a refund or credit of our $149 deposit. All other parks we stayed at on this trip and others graciously gave us full credits toward future stays because "if we do it for you, we'd have to do it for others". Beware this park's policies. They obviously want you money more than your good will or future business. Incidentally, other parks in the area were all fully booked so Sea Vue likely re-booked our site to someone else with little trouble.....

Large open spaces. Did not have pull thru but really did not need one. Gated park with card. Level sites. Trolley come to the park and cost $1. No shade in our area. They have a lot of rules and charge for visitors. Nice fish market, lobster pound close to park mikes. $68.00 / nite camped in 40 foot motorhome.
| Best RV Park Near Wells
We've been regular customers since this park opened. Sites are large, level and easy to navigate. Power, cable, water and septic systems are reliable and correct. Park amenities are first rate, especially the pool, pool house and store/club house. In season, the trolley service is a great way to see the local area without having to deal with traffic or parking. Rates are typical for a park of this type near the coast. Park policies are also pretty standard. Staff has been friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. We use a 36 foot fifth wheel and a long bed crew cab one ton dually tow truck.

Sea-Vu West is a family owned and operated RV campground located in beautiful Wells Beach, Maine. The park was built and opened in 2006 and features 264 large modern sites, all 42' wide by 65' deep with full hookups, including cable TV and free Wi-Fi. The sites are flat, grassy and open with a small scattering of mature oak trees for occasional shade. We offer daily camping, seasonal camping and also Park Model sites. Our Grand Lodge houses the office, a camp store with wood, ice, candy and toys, RV supplies and convenience items as well as Sea-Vu West apparel. Also in the lodge is the game room, pool table, lending library with books and games, indoor movie screen and function room. The town trolley comes to our property every 20 minutes and provides transportation to the beaches, restaurants, local attractions and the surrounding towns of Ogunquit and Kennebunk Port. The pool house features modern and clean restrooms, 6 private changing rooms with free hot showers, a laundry facility and of course our giant free form pool, hot tub, separate kiddie pool with splash fountains and a large sun deck with chairs and loungers. Outside you can enjoy our large playground structure and swing set, basketball court, tetherball court, bocce, a professional chipping and putting green, twin competition horseshoe pits, a pickle ball court, walking trails and plenty of open space for games and events. We are a pet friendly resort and feature a fenced dog park and waste bag stations around the park.
