This campground is a sure thing when everything else is full. The overflow campground is just past the regular campground and across the bridge. It is basically a huge open area and you can park anywhere. No hookups or cell coverage.
Seems brand new, newly compacted sites with picnic tables. Place was empty. I was the 4th an last person to arrive on 6/3. Must have been 100 open sites. No services so you want to come in with full fresh water and empty waste tanks. There is a train passing occasionally but no horns are blown so I only notice it when I'm outside. ATT & T-Mobile data worked here. No WiFi available.
Big place. No hookups but for $15 a night you can t beat it. Very clean. Big spaces. Can take any size rig
