We were in the gravel as well w/o table. Wifi and TV were excellent. The dog park great, everyone picked up their poop. Showers were fab. The host were nice. We were there 4 notes. Sure the grass would be nice but we were gone everyday. I would return again.

A nice friendly place
By user-5308227... on 2017-10-23.
I called , did not leave message. I get a call back from a friendly helpful lady . She was closing up but set me up with everything on the table. We showed up and everything was so easy and convient. The only complaint is that it is dark in park. Showers were extremely clean and accessible. We would go here again. Friendly

Stayed 2016-09-23 to 2016-09-26
One of the nicest RV parks I've had the pleasure of visiting. 50 amp service, cable , multiple dump ports to accommodate my 1-1/2 bath class . Cement pad, picnic table private car port and landscaped beautifully. Walking distance to local establishments. Clean. Would love to spend my snowbird months there in the future. Priced right!!!!!!

Disappointed
By user-6232784... on 2017-10-23.
After reading the good reviews I was expecting a nice RV park?
The manager placed us in a gravel space with no grass, no picknick table, no shade and no cement pad. We did have lots of dust. See photos 7& 8. We had a nice view of the dumpster and a warehouse that had fork lifts running until seven in the evening, couldn't hear the TV. The wifi was marginal.
There were vacant sites with shade, picknick tables and grass.
I would guess that at least 80% of the sites were occupied by people living there full time.
This is not my vision of a five star park.

Better for long term
By user-5873127... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed 2016-11-18 to 2016-11-22
As I stayed only four nights, I was put in one of the spots reserved for short-term stays. No trees. Pretty unattractive, and the noise from semis delivering goods to the adjacent business at 5 a.m. every morning was pretty annoying. The long-term spots have trees, shade, etc. and are, to my mind, perfectly nice. Cable was fine. Wifi was typical: pretty bad; I used my personal hotspot exclusively.

Clean, well groomed, good WiFi, some shade, full hookups, and the best bathrooms ever! This is a good bargain at $36.00

Great Park!!
By user-5786581... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed 2017-04-30 to 2017-05-04
Very helpful friendly staff. Extended my stay and moved to a shady spot. Hookups were very convenient and in perfect condition. Didn't use the cable TV but got all the networks over the air. Laundry, game room and showers spotless. One of the few places with shade so ask for it. Sights are level and spacious. All gravel but firmly packed. Nice place. Stayed 4 nights. Visited White Sands.

Nice park
By user-5816611... on 2017-10-23.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean park. There are some perm campers but very well maintained. Extremely wide streets and good sized lots. No issues if you need to back in. This is in the city so there is no highway noise, but some businesses behind the park. No noise on the weekend but some on monday morning. Other parks looked similar but on the interstate (noise). Would stay again.

Excellent choice
By user-5771738... on 2017-10-23.
Clean facilities ( bathrooms and showers private) , large easy access sites, convenient to everything. Staff and campers friendly. Many fulltimers and some snowbirds. Las Cruces is a friendly, clean, welcoming city. Will definitely be returning.

Not disappointed
By user-4520470... on 2017-10-23.
Despite the review below, this is a nice well maintained park. We were given a nice site with grass and shade trees. This park does have some fulltime residents but their sites are clean. I believe this park is probably full with snowbirds in the winter.
The dog area is a nice ammenity.
If we were given a site as described in the previous review and saw nicer empty sites, we would have requested a move to one. No harm in asking!
We are in a 24 foot travel trailer.
By user-4756222... on 2017-10-23.
We got here at almost dark. The office was close but there was a lady who worked there who stopped to help us out. They had a nice shower and laundry area and the rec room looked nice tho we didn't use it. The only real complaint I have is that there is not sufficient lighting in the park. There are 2 lamp posts situated at the back of the park. If you park close to those you might be fine but once you walk away make sure you have a flash light.

Good Option

unny Acres is a well run park with excellent staff - friendly and professional and very helpful.
We have been here for about a week and were very happy with the size of the slots and distance between them. (We have a 35 ft motorhome). We tow a car and were able to leave the dolly hooked up and there was still space to park our car next to the coach. They have a nice pad, some grass and trees at most of the sites. When we first arrived we had a spot that was less desirable and they came to our rig and offered us a better location when deciding to stay longer. Nice service.
The laundry facilities are well maintained with a nice porch to sit upon to wait loaded with books and games plus they have a club house and offered a movie during the week, coffee and donuts by a local RV merchant on Saturday morning few disappointments.
Okay, the disappointments are the same ones that we have at most parks - Wi-Fi service. It isn't awful but just not what we would like. At certain times one has to just give up and wait - eventually things do work - hence this review. Sometimes guests have to go to the Clubhouse for the service. This is not a good thing - in our estimation and parks need to update and expand this service soon to be competitive. We did not use the cable so cannot speak to that service.
All and all, it is a good stay and we do recommend the park while in Las Cruces.
By the way, we did visit the other parks before making our choice.

Easy access to interstate, level sites that were easy to get into. Some trees but not many with some landscaping. Nice pool and hot tub. Very friendly staff.

Very Nice Place
By user-5920706... on 2018-07-06.
We only pulled in for an overnight but it was an enjoyable evening. This park is right in town but the driveway is long and the park sits back from the street. The gal that checked us in was friendly and informative about the area. We will stop again if we are in the are.

Nice place but watch the road construction
By user-6006423... on 2019-08-09.
Stayed here last night 12-5-18. Older park but we had a nice pull through with WIFI and cable full hookup for 36.00 with discount. They take all discount cards. Beautiful sunset. There is a 2 year road construction project so it's a bit tricky getting in with a big rig.

RVers beware.
By user-6006423... on 2019-08-09.
We stayed here last night and our rear passenger wheel cover was stolen. It was tie wrapped on so they had to cut the tie wraps to get it off. I had given it a great review until this happened

Good in town location
By user-4844360... on 2019-08-09.
We were pleasantly surprised. Turned out to be a great location for a home base while seeing the site nearby. The park was quite for being in town, everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. The park is somewhat dusty as all the roads are gravel. Nice concrete pad and some nice trees at most sites. Sites are larger and easy to access. All of the facilities were clean and in good working order. The only complaint I would have is there is only one bathroom facility on site. There are some permanent or long term residence in the park. Area streets were under construction, but we were able to get around without to much trouble.
