I have never been to your park. I do regret that because my dad Forrest Cole lived and worked there. He always wanted me to visit him. He passed away in 2002. I really feel bad because I didnt get to share his love of this park. We always shared times together in the mountains. He sent many photos and saying how he wished that I were there. We were best friends. Now I know that I can never go there because he is gone. My name is Gary Cole

Very Nice Park
By user-5899732... on 2018-05-16.
We stayed here in early October 2016. It is a very nice park - large spaces, VERY well maintained and the services were also in very good condition. The hosts and clientele were also very nice and accommodating. If we had one "complaint" (not really a complaint, but an inconvenience) it was that we enjoy exploring the areas we visit, and this park is about 6 or 7 miles from the closest town of Camp Verde. Camp Verde isn't much, but it is a quaint town with a couple of good restaurants/breweries and grocery stores.

Close to Sedona
By user-5409550... on 2018-05-17.
We picked Zane Grey as it was close to Sedona and Phoenix where our daughter goes to college. Good for checking out Indian culture as well. We had a great space,20. Very shaded and good size. The camp hosts and staff were friendly and helpful. Would consider staying here again. Would have been 5 stars if they had a pool but understand why they don’t.

Beautiful place

This surprising beauty has pull thru and back in sites in a pristine treed setting. Each space is separated visually from it's neighbor by green shrubbery and the spaces are raked almost instantly after someone moves out. I've never seen a more gorgeous setting for RVs. There is group camping, fire pits, dog area, and a lovely little walk down by the stream. The sycamore trees are enormous and provide all the shade you'll need. Restrooms and showers are spotless. I can't finish without mentioning the wonderful and helpful camp hosts. This won't be our last stay at Zane Grey RV Park!

Wonderful
By user-5315715... on 2018-07-06.
Full hookups. We had a back in next to office but there are pull throughs. WiFi great all day, little slower at night. Quiet, pet owners are careful to keep noise down. 4 full time people (mostly from Phoenix for a place to get away from city). They are already full for winter resident reservations, so call ahead. Temps varied from 59 in the early morning to 106 the same day at 5 pm. Fences and foliage between each site for the most part. We have added pics. There are 2 park models with 3 more expected. Prices are not set, set up is not complete on the 2 here. The one I took inside pics of is a one bedroom, bath with separate dining/living/kitchen combo. But the covered back deck has a fireplace. It is a beautiful set up. The exterior pic is the 2 story, probably 2 and maybe 3 bedrooms, with a covered deck and fireplace. Bedding and linens with furniture is being provided. Bring your clothes and food, good to go. Maybe next spring before all is ready.

Next Year We'll Spend a Month!

This is a place that expertly demonstrated "PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP"! The grounds are kept in pristine condition, the amenities are clean, operating exactly as they should and the people are warm, welcoming, and helpful. The grounds are gravel and the sites are all level. And the location is perfect for exploring the Verde Valley and all it has to offer.
The park is located off the highway and there is a little bit of highway noise but not enough to be a bother, unless you're very sensitive. You can walk long the river, and watch the birds, squirrels and other wildlife, or you can go "out and about" to see the sights in the area.

Pride in Ownership says it all!!

Stayed two nights at the park and found it to be very quiet and peaceful. Check-in was very friendly and professional, guided to the site and assisted with parking but was not over bearing. Good power, water pressure, convenient sewer hook-up. Site was clean and raked prior to arrival. Park is very well maintained. We would definitely stay at this park again but would try and stay longer. It is close to Sedona, about a 30 minute drive but far enough away from the crowds to enjoy. Highly recommend this park!!
