Easy check in, clean spots in a wooded paved campground. Shower facility with laundry (multiple) coin operated with change machine.
If your pulling a bait or toad very tight driveway, recommend dropping toad
A bite pricey but not a year round resort

Had a great time. Clean, lots of trees, spacious lots, across the street from zephr beach and zephr cove restaurant which has great food.

Stayed at Zephyr Cove with a 30ft RV. Site was a bit tight with tall trees in some slots. 120v and shower blocks not working (03/29/16) but clean site with a great restaurant over the road. Make sure you note the winter hours. Everything shuts at 8pm.

Lake Tahoe!!

This is a class act. Beautiful sites, if a bit tight. But, Gary guided us in and made sure we were properly positioned. Just across the street from the lake. Our site is on an end with a view. Love it. I also enjoy watching families walk to and from the lake. We plan on dinner at the lodge tonight before exploring tomorrow. One caveat....pull into the RV office across the street from the lodge. If the RV office happens to be closed, as it was today, just park in front of the office and walk across the street to the Lodge Office.

Overpriced
By user-5848404... on 2017-10-23.
Way over priced for paved but uneven spots. Bathrooms old and dirty, plus coin op showers. And half the bathrooms we're out of order. Only 3 channels for their cable TV. WiFi was on and off. Driving by it looks nice but will never go back. One and done.

Nice level blacktop pull thru spots with large pines everywhere. Lake and beach just across the highway and very nice employees. Showers free, laundry coin operated. Beautiful spot but Pricey, you get what you pay for considering the close access to the area.

Nice views

But the bathrooms we're bad, not cleaned in the 2 days there. Gas station bathroom and showers. Never again.

The RV Park is pretty, with lots of trees and a great location right across from the Lake. However, the RV pads/sites are horribly uneven. We tried three different spots just trying to avoid more than one wheel having to be completely off the ground. For $70 night, you should have near level pads. We were told to get something more level, the price jumps to $100.

Peaceful in the trees

Blacktop pull thru spots with large pines everywhere. Larger rig was having difficulties pulling in. Receptionist was nice. Beautiful spot. Short walk to the lake across the highway. Has stop light for easy crossing. Had full hook up so didn’t use their facilities.

Poor customer service

Nice location. Cable doesn’t work. Water has been out to entire campground all day and no one in office can give update on when it will be fixed. Stay elsewhere if you plan on getting the services you’re paying for! And they add a $20 fee per pet when you check in.

Nice
By user-unknown on 2019-08-09.
We stayed here in late October early November. The rates were down to $38 a night. Part of the park shuts down in preparation for winter. It is a rustic but very nice and is right across the street from the lake. Restrooms, showers and laundry room we're all clean. The restaurant is decent with fair prices. The wireless worked well also. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The park is right next to hwy 50 so it is a little noisy.
I made reservations, came to the park and checked in. Was told the rate was $38. Our reservations were for 7 nights. What they never told me and wasn't disclosed either on their paperwork or website was that they charge a $30/ night security deposit. They placed a pending charge on my card for $400 to cover our site rental plus the security deposit.
I didn't find out until I saw the charge on my credit card and walked to the office and asked. Wasn't a big deal but would have been nice to know upfront.

Excited to be so close to lake. Not so excited to be so close to neighbors. Site very uneven, cramped and narrow so virtually no camp side. Very tight for maneuvering and unable to make turn to get into designated site. Used next row over and drove through another site. Big trees are beautiful but so overgrown make things even tighter. Big rig friendly it is not.
Travelling with 37 ft 5th wheel and very experienced driver.

Zephyr Cove worked great
By user-6033731... on 2019-08-09.
We stopped here on our way to Boise. It was easy in and out. The outer spots are nice and easy to get into. I reserved in advance which made all the difference but overheard there were still 3 spots open for walk-ins. It s clean and woodsy. There s a nice little restaurant and gift shop across the street. Dog friendly too.
